So happy I found this gem of a nail spa! Nguyen is great, she is so sweet and does a fantastic job. I came here which getting my tires rotated at walmart and it was supposed to take a couple hours. Glad it did!! My gel manicure lasted 3 weeks and she even offered to redo it when I got a pedicure and noticed some had chipped due to painting my house. They offer different levels of treatments and offer water, wine and mimosas. There playlist of music is relaxing and comforting music from oldies love songs to hip/hop / R&B. This would be such a great place to come to pamper yourself or even bring a group of friends for a girls day, bachelorette party or mothers day, etc. They are patient, kind and have great communication to make sure you are completely satisfied with the services, colors, products and outcome of your nails or whatever treatment you get. If you're unhappy with the turn out of something or it doesn't last as long as you think it should, go back and give them the opportunity to fix it because I promise they will and they'll exceed your expectations!!! I'm actually at the salon right now. I'm very disappointed with the service and results. I've been treated very rudely and she did a terrible job. I came and asked for a simple polish change. The price went from $8 to $10 because my nails are "fake" (her description). Which I was willing to pay because I needed the color change for this weekend And this is the only time I have available while my car is being worked on across the way. I tried to show her a picture to reference the colors I needed to match, but she was Completely uninterested in what I needed or wanted. The only other customer in the salon even noticed this! She filed my nails unevenly when she removed my original polish After I asked her to please be careful not to file them too thin. I also had to ask her to stop nicking me with the file. The new polish job is terribly messy and missing the sides of all my nails beds. *Pictures included* I told her I wasn't happy with the results and she completely ignored me - literally - as if I had said absolutely nothing, and walked away from me. I'm appalled at this place and their idea of customer service. Now I'm stuck with these horrible, messy nails until I can get to another salon that will fix them. Just awful! read more

I give this place two stars because of their extremely cute decor. I wish I could say the same about their work. I decided to go here during my lunch break to get shellac thinking that it would take no longer than an hour, I was wrong. It took 1 1/2 to do my nails. I'm fine with it taking this long if it comes with flawless nails. However, it was the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The lady said that the gel shrinks so it looks like she missed the entire side bed of my nails. After all of this, she charges me $30 for my shellac manicure when they have it advertised on their window for $25! Again, I am all for paying this but it has to be a job well done. My usual nail place charges $20 and they do a perfect job! The entire time of my manicure she was making it a point to tell me that it's the gel that shrinks, not her work.. I would have thought that she'd give me a discount as I will most likely take it off! I never take the time to write reviews like this but I was so mad as it took forever, was ridiculously too expensive, and the paint job was not good. read more

I don't like the fact that they are using an electric tea kettle to prep hot water for spa chair, instead of using the spa chair faucet to make hot/warm water, and it seems like they are also trying to avoid using the spa jets( bubbles). They are under new management and the place is so clean and bright! I saw they had a special going on so I peaked in and when I saw how gorgeous the place looked I made an appointment. My pedicure was wonderful and all the tools were sealed prior. They scrubbed my feet really well, used hot stones and the pedicure was around 45 minutes long. I got a bubble on my big toe it supposed to be smooth. They are suppose to scrub your feet basically like a wipe down & the massaging basically just holding your feet. Not a real pedicure. $40 for what. I could have did the exact same thing to my feet. Luxury on the inside but a pedicure nightmare when it's being done. waste of time & money. Worst nails I've ever had done. I was a walk in and there was nobody in the salon. Two males were in the back and one sat me down. He was bending my fingers in ways they couldn't bend to clean my cuticles. It was very painful. He started to paint my shellac and put coat after coat on top of each other. He did 7 coats. Completely unnecessary and now my shellac is thick on top of my nail. Not only is it thick but there is polish all over my surrounding skin of my nail bed. Definitely won't be coming back.
