When we bring this up the management simply makes excuses. The management consistently assures us they have heard and recorded our needs and then sends people who are unable to fulfill them. The first time we suggested we would go to another company, Michelle called begging to give them one more chance. We obliged and they promptly sent over someone who was unable to complete our number one requirement. Do not waste your time with this "company". You are much better off searching on websites such as Care.com, a place for mom, etc. Senior Helpers will only waste your time and money.

Once they acquired VNS Fingerlakes, my service started slipping. This verifies all my misgivings about corporate mergers. The customer gets the shaft. I will be contacting my wound clinic about today, at opening tomorrow. Addendum: a full 5 hrs after I was forced to use more detrimental supplies, and after a lot of hard work from my nurse, the supply company righted their wrong. Proper supplies, received.

They hired a manager that was inexperienced, bossy, and gossiped all the time, talking about Lisa, Heather, Le Ann, and all the care management staff. The crazy thing is, none of them knew that she went to the Head of HR about them. The organization itself didn't pay their staff the healthcare worker bonus and they were there.
