We even used them for our honeymoon! We have had a great experience every single time. Between the great pricing, the free nights you earn and their clear love of all things furry you can't beat it. Not to mention he large fenced in rooms your pet gets instead of a tiny little crate. We originally chose this location because it was the only one in the area that allowed my lab-pit mix to join in play groups due to her breed (she is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet). We keep using them because time after time we pick her up and get a 5 minute story about how silly and sweet she is, or a detailed reenactment of how she was playing out back. From the stories they tell and the fact that they know my dog by name as we walk in, you can tell they care for your dog as if she was their own. Though it may not look like the fancy "pet resorts" around this area, you can guarantee my pup is getting the best care she could from anyone in this town. Thanks guys! See you soon!

They also took her to the vet to find that she had a UTI. More on this later... The place was at an old house. It was quite small, but it was what they had. The rooms were little wooden walled rooms. It was nice that our puppy wouldn't be shoved into a small crate or cage somewhere. We interacted with one woman who was very pleasant. A couple times later, that woman was gone. We were then dealing with another woman who was far from pleasant. She had a very condescending tone each time we spoke with her. She argued with us about the rates and dates of stay. Even if the customers were wrong, you don't speak to them that way. This is Customer Service 101. They took our puppy to the vet when there was a suspected UTI. This was very awesome of them to help us out with this. That seems like going above and beyond to me. We are very grateful for that. What's upsetting is that they didn't give the medicine to our puppy in appropriate doses. The pill was prescribed at once every 12 hours. There were enough to be done in about a week. Two weeks later we picked up our puppy and the medicine still had a few pills left. This means that our puppy did not receive the dosage correctly. If this were a more serious UTI, or other condition, things could have been much worse for our dog. The business ended up relocating while they had our dog. They told us they would be moving, but didn't give us a street address. They mentioned it was "down the road about a mile." We drove down that way, but couldn't find it. We were able to get the address and find the place on the day we picked up our puppy. The new place was in a mobile home. We didn't tour or care to look around. We can't give feedback on that new location. Overall, we weren't happy with this place based on the woman owner. We started out happy, but that turned around when she spoke to us the way she did. I would not recommend this place to a friend.

The owner, Darren, and his wife are both sweethearts, and you can tell they love what they do. They treat our doggies as if they were their dogs. The love and hard work they put into hounds town shows. we boarded our Bailey girl, and she had a blast. I love seeing videos and pups playing. Bailey has become quite a regular and always comes home happy and tired from playing. Thank you to the awesome staff. we try to bring her at least once a week because I work from home and she tends to sleep a lot so we send her off for play time and exercise. So, if you are in the area, the doggy daycare and boarding and also grooming has been all done with excellent care. The love the entire staff has for the doggies and cats is just amazing. We waited sometime, but once seen by Annie, the lead Vet Tech, she asked about my concerns with Mocha. Once I spoke with her, Dr. Blake came in and did his annual check up. Assessed his condition. Stated he was quite well except for his eye which has glaucoma and dry eye and addressed his allergies. He had two allergy shots, and a refill. Glad I can tell he's already feeling better.

I stopped in after having a not…read moreso great experience with two previous groomers for my elderly Cavapoo and thought I'd pop in after his vet appointment along with my toy poodle. Talked to them for a good 45 minutes and felt so bad because I asked a lot of questions but they were so welcoming and reassuring. They are charming, very friendly with great personalities, and are so knowledgeable. I let them have free range with Minerva's (toy poodle) haircut with the request of shaved feet. He went above and beyond my expectations! I've been searching for over 2 years for a reputable groomer to make her look cute and she's always come back butchered. She's the softest I've ever had her and smells amazing. Usually there's a little underlying scent of dirty dog after a grooming at most places but she's SO CLEAN! The double shampooing they do really makes them stand out. They clean the inside of the ears and also grind the nails so my cankles aren't getting torn apart when she jumps at me which is very much appreciated. I can't say enough positive things about them and I'm very happy to find someone who knows what they're doing. All of the dogs I've seen leaving their establishment have looked adorable.
