They are both caring and provide wonderful care and attention to your pet while you're away. The accommodations they provide are a bed area in an air conditioned building with a dog door that leads outside to an area where they can socialize with other dogs. They recognized that Mattie, even though a larger dog, was a little shier around larger breeds so they allowed her to play with the smaller breeds. I know whenever I need to be away my dog has a place where she'll be cared for like she was their own!

However, he was taken out of the room to somewhere else and I never saw the exam or how he was treated or how everyone interacted with him. Different. The first visit I met 5 different people and no one introduced themselves except for the doctor. Someone,?, an older lady, came in to give a shot and backed my dog into a corner and leaned over him without even talking to him first. Another tech ? Joined in to lean over him in the corner. Not cool. He's not a biter, but that would have been the time. Second visit, different tech? No name. Took him out of the room, ok. Came back and said a cleaning would be 800$-1000$. After the doctor came in, it dropped a few hundred. Took him to Dr. Mireles in Frisco, who we had seen before. The cleaning without the bloodwork was $391. The bloodwork was not mandatory. Super clean and new office. Take your pally there!

She always comes home happy, tired, and well-socialized after spending the day there. One thing I really appreciate is their pickup service, which makes everything so much easier and stress-free. It's a huge help knowing Luna can safely get to daycare without me having to worry about transportation. They also work with her in a way that supports her training, reinforcing good behavior and helping her learn how to interact properly with other dogs. It's great knowing her time there isn't just playtime--it's helping her grow and develop good habits. Another thing that stands out is the communication. I get a picture or video of Luna every single day, which is amazing because I get to see how she's doing and watch her having fun with the other dogs. Our family brought our dog in a few weeks ago with concerns about what was at the time a small mass…read morethat had just come up on her stomach. We were told not to be concerned and given some medication to help with the mass before a scheduled surgery 2 week later. Over the next week the mass grew rapidly and my wife called 2 times to express concerns and was told they would call back. They did not. I brought her in the next day and this point the mass had broken the skin and was bleeding profusely. They waited most of the day before calling me and once they did they informed me they had no time for surgery and the earliest to get her in was the next Tuesday. I asked is waiting that long going to be life threatening and they assured me it was not and she was stable. When I picked her up I expressed concerns about her rapid breathing and said she doesn't look good to me. The assistant told me they had examined her and she wasn't in any immediate danger. The next morning she died in horrible pain and we were helpless to do anything about it! Had I known she was in danger I would have found alternative treatment and at least if her condition was something that couldn't be fixed I would have had an opportunity to put her down humanely. Instead she died scared and in terrible pain. I will never ever go back to the place again! I cannot help but wonder if this was one of their pets would they have taken so long to try and address the problem when it was in its either stages. I'm furious with the way we were treated and even more upset about the pain she suffered as she passed away!
