Outstanding dog groomers. Our chihuahua is a grumpy old guy but does very well here. We never worry about him when he is groomed. Perfect every time. The only complaint is that a company bought it and the price has gone up a lot. $75 for a 7 pound chihuahua. January it was $50 and by April it was $75. read more

I highly recommend Jericho! I have two new dogs that I bought at 7 months old and it turned out from a disreputable breeder. Jericho has helped me so much with training advice and she has been so gentle with them both. They love Jericho and get so excited when we pull in to the parking lot. I was one of the very first customers when Traci began it several years ago. It USED to be great, now so-so. Last grooming for my Poodle, Aaron once again FORGOT to clean out her ears although I requested it. Normally you shouldn't have to tell a groomer how to do their work, but here you'd better do so and then CHECK before you leave. Other customers have left because they couldn't do appropriate grooming styles for the breed. Their answering message will give you a headache, better have a few minutes to listen and take notes. read more

Worst groomer owner ever!! Owner has a severe attitude problem! Wanted to shave my akita, my dog was there just a month ago. I told her no I wanted her deshedded with a deshedder brush she told me no they only blow her... she had only a few mats on her butt from sitting. Normally pay 75 plus I tip a lot. When I told her not to shave my dog she said her price is up and it's 95$ and I will be charged more for her to brush her out. I've been here many times and dealt with the groomers there and they've always been polite and nice. When my dog was around this woman she was shaking like a leaf. I told her I did not appreciate her attitude and the bs she was telling me. I left. Don't go here if your money and dog is not appreciated and loved. My first time with Pampered Paws last evening and last. I brought in 3 dogs and received cuts that I didn't ask for. My large dog's ears weren't cleaned, tail is still matted, nails are too long (I told her this, well bring him in at another time and we'll work on the nails). I booked an appt. (stupid until I got home and really saw my dogs). and said good bye to Tracey the owner, OH, it wasn't the owner who I set up the appt with it was another groomer that I didn't book with. Sorry, just stating the facts. Called and no one has answered the phone today. Moving on. read more

This was the worst place I could have taken my doodle to. I have a sheepadoodle who had beautiful long hair and they completely destroyed it. Not to mention he now has an ear infection because she got water in his ears. Parts of his stomach are raw to the skin. She didn't cut into the curls at all. I tipped her a VERY generous amount to please leave it longer if she was unsure and she did not listen. The place was dirty and old. I am so upset about his hair cut and I cannot stress enough NOT go there. Go to the salon with a similar name .3 miles away! This place should be out of business. read more

In all my years of being a dog owner, I have used many dog groomers. Today was my first time visiting Pampered Paws Grooming Boutique, and it is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had! First of all, had I been blindfolded, I would have thought I was walking into someone's home. The salon smelled super clean and softly like sweet coconut, barely a trace of dog, whereas some grooming salons can have an overwhelming odor of wet dog fur. The salon was immaculate, and the ladies were so welcoming. My Golden Retriever suffers from separation anxiety, and I'm pretty sure he too, sensed my calmness, as he walked right back behind the counter without ANY hesitation or having to be dragged as usual. I immediately experienced that feeling of trust, that a loving dog-owner WANTS to feel, when getting ready to leave my dog in someone else's care. Colleen did an amazing job on Charlie, hands down the best he's ever looked! All around it was an great experience...beautiful salon, super friendly ladies, but most of all in the end, a calm and happy dog, and an even happier dog mom! I was running late but was told to come anyway. When I took my schnauzer/bison in, the place was quite busy, with several groomers working up front, hair flying everywhere. Busy is often a good sign...but not this time. The only plan I was given for my dog's difficult coat was to shave him. So I left. My guess is it's luck-of-the-draw at this pup sweat shop: if you're lucky you'll get someone who knows what they're doing and are helpful; if not that lucky--well, look at the other reviews and you will get the idea. read more

Best labradoodle cut ever. They were very accommodating and provided the cut we asked for. I also like that they don't kennel the dogs while waiting for their groom appt or for their owners to pick them up. Definitely will return. read more
