Suddenly, 2 years plus after the fact, you remember that she had a scab and my husband intimidated him? I won't regurgitate the disturbing original facts. Sadly, you just advertised your lack of empathy and costumer service. Although, you did take the time to have someone bully me through private messages days after the original post. I did not post them bc I refused to follow suit w the hate. As an update: We continue to drive across town to an amazing doggy salon that loves on our babies. It's bright and cheerful. Everyone is welcoming and kind. You can't help but leave smiling because they love what they do and their joy is contagious. I am only responding because that is what this venue is for...to help promote excellence. Maybe 2.5 years ago, in your pursuit of excellence, the right answer should have been to implement meaningful changes to your processes because you care about the lives you touch. Maybe 2.5 years later, that pursuit of excellence would have created a business culture that demands awesome customer service. Maybe today, you wouldn't have felt the need to respond to a 2.5 year old post bc the culture you had the opportunity to create would have positively impacted your overall rating and would have simply made my review obsolete.

The owner/operator (Christina) was very gentle and phased April's grooming so as not to tire the dog. After April passed away, we added a wheaten terrier (Maggie) to our family, and Christina researched how to groom Maggie appropriately. Later, when we decided to keep Maggie cut short, Christina did that while keeping the wheaten look. We have boarded Maggie several times with K9 Cuts & Care, and we like the fact that it is a small kennel facility with only a few dogs at a time, they are kept in the same area as the grooming, so they have human contact, it is very clean, and there is a large play area for the dogs to get exercise.

Rhodie hadn't had a good haircut in a while, and he had become shaggy and somewhat matted. Samantha did a fantastic job, and left as much fur on my little guy as possible! As she introduced herself to Rhodie, she carefully listened to my grooming concerns - sensitive ears, doesn't like face drying and doesn't love being messed with on his hind quarters. He looks great! She learned my old man didn't like hair dryers. So she found other ways instead of making him deal with it.
