The last time I was there a few months ago I was telling the young lady when she had a check up that she had problems with her anal glands they need to be expressed every six weeks or she cannot go to the bathroom. She told me about a product to put into her food and a completely cured the problem! It's called glandex . I am completely thrilled because now it isn't a problem every six weeks. I left a voicemail, and true to her message, got a call back within 24 hours from Amanda. Fortunately for me, Amanda was able to come the next day to meet Jersey. What amazed me and my husband, was Jersey came right up to Amanda. Jersey is 15 years old, she never just goes up to someone she doesn't know! We hired Amanda, and had a lot of paperwork to fill out, which I actually appreciated. Amanda started 2 days later. She took photos of Jersey, and would text to let us know how she was doing. Also, brought in the mail. Amanda texted the day we were coming home to make sure we didn't need her for another day. My girl, a rescue, is not good with other dogs. She was the first patient of the day and the waiting room was quiet and relaxing for her. Meeting with the doctor, Dr Rachel Jeffrey was very pleased. It took me a couple days to realize what was different. There is no table in the room. The doctor got on the floor with my girl for the check up. It was so relaxed that she rolled on her back for belly rubs. Wow What a difference. Such a nice surprise to see veterinarians that care this much about our babies. Thank you

Basic questions were met with attitude, and there was no attempt at warmth or professionalism. As a client bringing in a beloved pet, being treated this way is unacceptable. If you care about your pets and want a low stress handling and personalized service look elsewhere. Unless there was noticeable improvement at the front desk (new staff), I can't recommend this hospital.

As a retired Veterinarian, I am very picky about how things are managed in our home as it relates to the care of our kitties. To date, Tawny has been able to meet and/or exceed my/our expectations in all respects without any problems or issues. Our three cats have very different needs. Our oldest cat is dealing with advanced renal failure, and Tawny has been able to give him subcutaneous fluids, feed him controlled diet, and administer medication in his food without any problems. Our youngest cat had a stroke about two years ago, and Tawny has been able to give her medication twice a day in order to prevent recurring seizures, again without any problems. Our third cat is very shy, and she sometimes finds herself under attack by either our oldest or youngest cat. Tawny has been able to manage these confrontations whenever they have occurred in her presence. Overall, Tawny does a great job taking care of all three cats. In addition to feeding and treating them, she plays with them, and gives them needed attention, and she keeps us up to date as to how things are going at home. She sends us daily progress notes, and she always includes pictures of all three kitties. In addition, she brings in our mail, puts out our garbage, and makes sure our house is clean and in great shape when we return home. We highly recommend Tawny's services. She is hard-working, trustworthy, and very caring towards the animals that she looks after. If you are in need of this kind of service, you can't go wrong working with Tawny and Fur Buddies!
