I am out of town today and tomorrow and she is checking in on 3x a day while I am gone. She sends me updates and text messages photos of him while on walks. My place of work through me under the bus with this traveling thing, but Colorado Peak Puppy helped me take care of my dog. Chewy will be seeing Abi regularly as well because there are times I play in a softball league after work. I no longer have to leave Chewy alone for 14 hours. Abi can take care of him in the afternoon and he'll get his exercise for the day. I recommend this to anyone. In addition, most recently, I recommended Colorado Peak Puppy to a friend and they have had such a great experience with Abi. Abi is dependable and that is sometimes hard to find in small businesses these days. My friend backs up everything I just said and is impressed with her dog's improved behavior since Abi has been walking her. My friend states that Abi must be doing a little training while on the walks. I am not saying this would be true for all dogs, but I truly believe Abi has dogs' best interest at heart.

Shellie met me and my dog at an initial consult and was professional, kind, and obviously adoring of animals. She provided a daily activity log during her visits and took some photos of my dog out on walks. I was incredibly excited to see my boy when I returned from my trip. Throughout our usage of her, there were too many red flags that led to this review. I hope that someone out there can read this and save themselves, and more importantly, their pet from her heartless actions. To start, we have video footage of Adriane (on a doorbell camera) leaving our dog unattended for multiple hours on several accounts. Had we not seen this and confronted her about it, this information would have been withheld from us. If you choose to work with Adriane, you'll come to find that she loves to keep information from you unless you notice something is off and directly approach her about it. If you don't have cameras in your home, I'm not so sure she'll come clean. For example, the very first time that we had Adriane scheduled to come over and let our dog out while we were gone for a long day trip she "forgot" to write down the correct day, and as a result, ended up leaving our dog locked up for 11 hours while we were gone. The only way we realized this had happened was because our dogs' toys were left in the same spots, and the doorbell camera showed no activity. The saddest part is that we had given her our key to the apartment the day before and confirmed that she would be coming over. On another occasion, we had Adriane booked to stay at our apartment for a whole week. The following paragraphs outline the terrible actions she took after we found out what she had done behind our backs: "The day before we left town, she stopped by, collected our keys, and asked if it would be okay to take our dog over to her apartment during the day while she got some work done. We stated that this would be okay so long as she would be staying in our apartment during the evenings. We said this specifically because this is where our dog is most comfortable. However, she decided that it would be okay to take our dog over to her apartment for the ENTIRE week without letting us know. She didn't even ask! How did we find out, you may ask? We noticed an untouched guest room with clean linens, our dogs' toys were in the same spots as when we had left, and the doorbell camera showed zero entry footage after day 1. So, we decided to reach out and ask her if she had stayed in our apartment, as we paid and asked her to. After asking this, Adriane quickly started to make accusations about my fiancé and I. She claimed that our apartment made our dog scared and that our dog refused to go upstairs with her. (I wonder why? Could it be the fact that he wanted to spend some time outside seeing that she loved keeping our dog unattended for long periods? Could it be that he needed to poop? It sure is funny that our dog only hesitates to go upstairs if he needs to poop or has been inside for too long and wants to go for a walk.) And the best part is that you pay her to stay the entire week with your dog in your apartment only for her to leave your dog locked up and ignored or take your dog without telling you. So, without asking or telling us, she took our dog to her apartment for the entire week. Additionally, she claimed that our dog barked nonstop when she would lock him up in his crate. I find this very interesting because our dog hardly ever barks; he doesn't bark at people or other dogs. He only ever barks if he is left locked up for long periods or if he is locked up in the late hours of the day when my fiancé and I are home and it is playing time. During this visit, she also decided to mention that she didn't like our dog's leash. She stated that it was a noose and accused us of choking our dog daily. The funny thing is that she has used this leash on several occasions (roughly 3-4 times) before this visit. However, she probably felt the need to find another way to attack us so that she could defend her ridiculous ways of caring for our dog. She knew she was in the wrong for her actions. She knew we had found out. And yet, the only thing she knew how to do was point her finger at us and tell us that we were the problem. I attempted to call Adriane after she visited with our dog and confront her about the cruel ways she treated our animal and disregarded my fiancé, myself, and our trust. She wouldn't even answer my call until I dialed *67 in front of my number to get her to answer. She was too much of a coward to answer my number when she saw it pop up on her screen. When talking with her, I couldn't get a word in edge-wise, so I let her talk. And then when it was my turn, suddenly, she was allowed to cut me off every other word because she was 'defending' herself.
