What made it especially frustrating is that I had already gone through the process of obtaining and administering prescription gabapentin for my cat in preparation for the appointment. I understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen, but repeated last-minute cancellations make it difficult to plan and create unnecessary stress for both pets and owners. Communication was polite, but reliability has been an issue. My review was not meant to criticize the reason for the cancellation, but rather the inconvenience it caused.
