They did amazing with my golden! Our new go-to groomer for sure!! Prices are extremely reasonable compared to what we were paying for some other groomers and they did a way better job.

Molly is always so happy when we pick her up. They always do an amazing job with her, she's always calm after her grooming.

They do thorough work on my dog. They are the nicest people to myself and my dog. Tyrion(my dog) LOVES going there. Before going to Serenity, several other dog spas would seem like torture to my poor boy and he's a Pit Bull! I recommend Serenity a million times over anyone else. Two more important things to note: They make my boy beautiful and clean in TWO hours which is outstanding! Second, their prices are leaps and bounds less expensive than anywhere I found and they do so much better work. Their kindness and caring about Tyrion means the most to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! A++++

They do a great job! It is easy to book an appointment online and I can usually get an appointment quickly. They are quick and treat my dog great. Great customer service and the prices are great. Definitely recommend!

We are taking care of a friend's dog (Shadow) while he is deployed for 7 months. Every time we leave town we usually take her to a pet hotel really close to our house, but for New Years they were booked and we had to search for another place. Serenity Pet Spa and Hotel was our second option. It's 15 minutes away from our house, we didn't have any recommendations and it has only a couple of reviews so we were a little bit worried. But it turned out to be a good pet boarding! They are very friendly and price is fair. Shadow has been there twice and she seems to like it. She is very shy and doesn't let anyone pet her. However, when I pick her up she is always playing and jumping around with people at Serenity Pet Spa. They really care for animals. Kim also sent us messages and pictures of Shadow playing in the snow. I will keep bringing Shadow here!!!

They traveled from Virginia…read moreBeach to my home in Chesapeake and groomed my 14-year-old Morkie right at the curb using their mobile grooming trailer, which made everything incredibly convenient. My senior dog was treated with patience and kindness throughout the appointment. Owners of small or older dogs will really appreciate the calm, one-on-one attention that mobile grooming provides. The grooming was perfect -- clean, neatly trimmed, and styled exactly as I hoped. I'm so pleased with the service that I'll definitely be using them again, and they have a great referral program for friends and family. If you're looking for professional mobile dog grooming in the Virginia Beach or Chesapeake area, I highly recommend Diggin Your Style Mobile Grooming. The convenience, care, and quality make them a top choice for pet owners.

I have been bringing my Bichapoo to this location on and off for eight years. It seems there may be…read morenew staff members who are not as experienced. My husband brought our dog in today for grooming, and although it has been about six months since her last appointment, which is normal for us and she did look a mess. The staff called my husband stating they would need to shave her completely because she was "severely matted." This is not accurate. I personally combed her out about two weeks ago when I was considering grooming her myself. It appears they may not have brushed her before bathing and blow-drying, which can actually create mats if not done properly. They then showed my husband a video that did not demonstrate a need to shave her bald and told him that refusing the shave could result in injury, an emergency vet visit, or even animal control involvement if she "bit" someone. In the eight years we've used this groomer, we have never once been told that she bit anyone. My dog may fuss or growl when uncomfortable, but she has never bitten a person or another animal. It felt as though they were trying to pressure my husband into approving a full shave rather than taking the time to groom her correctly. This used to be a great place, and I'm extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled and how responsibility was shifted instead of acknowledging their own mistakes. I guarantee you when I get home I will be able to comb my dog out and properly shave her. It just takes time. We already pay $75 dollars even an extra charge to the $75 for extra time is understandable but to try and just shave the poor dog bald and then threaten us with the ER and animal control is just wild. The owner responded to this review elsewhere and it's extremely disappointing. There is a complete lack of accountability with this business and the owner straight up lies. My husband is not a liar and would never claim they threatened to call animal services if that were not true. Just because they did not want to take the extra time to properly groom my dog does not mean I expect them to treat an animal inhumanely. Suggesting otherwise is unreasonable. As paying customers, we have every right to bring up concerns when services we paid for are not completed properly. If nail trimming, sanitary trimming, and ear plucking are included in the service--and they were not done--then yes, I am absolutely allowed to say something. Each time we brought up minor issues in the past, we did so respectfully, they corrected them, and we moved on. We have never been rude. To now portray us as the problem for pointing out services that were missed or them just being LAZY is unacceptable. You are the business, the professional, and the expert. Grooming a dog properly and without causing harm should be the standard. We had no intention of returning regardless, but the unprofessional, defensive, and hostile response from the owner only further confirms that!! Do not go here because if they mess up they will not take accountability and they will lie!

My absolute favorite doggy daycare. Make sure you take advantage of a referral. Let them know I…read moresent you ! If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd break Yelp's rating scale. This doggy daycare is the ultimate luxury retreat for pups--think canine country club with heart. From the moment I (Lexi the Bougie BT) strut through the doors, I'm treated like the royalty I am. The entire staff is amazing--genuinely loving, attentive, and totally in tune with every dog's personality. But the real stars of the show? Anthony and Michael, the owners, are top-tier, hands-on, always-on-site superheroes. They're there every single day--greeting us with love, making sure every detail is flawless, and creating an environment that feels like home... but better. But don't you worry, they even have cameras so that you can watch from home? And oh baby, the perks of this place: * Pool Days (yes, I splash with my squad) * Treat Parties * Photoshoots (hello, content!) * Outdoor Activities * My Boston Terrier crew--yes, I roll with a whole Boston gang! But that's not all... this place has a full-on doggy spa. * Nail trims * Ear cleanings * Teeth brushing * Luxurious baths and blowouts It's giving "spa day meets play day" and I'm absolutely here for it. And if you're traveling? No problem--they offer overnight accommodations so your pup can stay safe, comfy, and loved while you're away. No crates, no worries--just snuggles and structure. This isn't just doggy daycare--it's a lifestyle. A wellness center. A social club. A pampering palace. I go every day and I genuinely LOVE it. If you're looking for a place that will care for your pup like family, keep them active, clean, stylish, and social--this is it.
