Their pricing is based on the breed of dog, not their size, which I think is fair. Payment is cash or check only. I've been going here for over a year now. But IF that's the case, I shouldn't have to pay extra because certain customers may have been "cheap" or simply couldn't afford it for whatever personal reasons. Anyways, I don't know the reason for the price increase but it doesn't really matter. It's the principle. So to the employees... I have always been a generous tipper at ANY business. I'm truly sorry that I'm no longer tipping on top of the new $25 per-dog fee. I just ask that you try to show some understanding and compassion when I pay at the counter instead of looking irritated and judgmental. We tried multiple times to address this directly with the business, but they completely refused to take accountability. Each time we called, the person answering the phone would either avoid speaking with us, hang up mid-conversation, or outright deny our calls. There was no effort to resolve the situation, show concern, or even acknowledge what happened. Accidents can happen, but how a business handles them says everything. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic care for our pet's wellbeing is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting them with their animals.
