He was so afraid of strangers, others dogs and being separated from me. Franki was so incredible and knowledgeable about what she does, I immediately felt a sense of calm. I knew I found "our person". She continued to educate me and make a plan for Storm's grooming. He will warn people that his communication is "direct," but that is inaccurate. His responses are dramatic cut-and-paste messages that often have nothing to do with your own request. My dog got what it needed from training, but lost a good amount of weight. When this was pointed out to the assistant, they reviewed their instructions- sure enough, the wrong amount of food was listed. It should have been obvious for a dog that size.

I have not used them for a few years. The pandemic was brutal. Loss of family members, loss of job, and loss of my own mental health. During that time, my cat was happy and healthy. My cat is now sick and they refuse to see me because I'm not longer considered a client. I am easy, very easy. I am understanding. I was not looking for an emergency visit or to be squeezed in ahead of the line. To be told that after this many years using them, they won't see my cat is more the infuriating.
