They were the ONLY company that removes the siding before installing the windows. They install the windows like new construction with a "nail flange". Having built homes myself years ago, I can tell you they do it the right way. From Matt the sales person to the office and the install team they are top notch. In shipment, one of the windows was broken but was replaced eventually (supply chain delays) . In January we were informed by Shop manager the window was in, but when install team arrived they didn't have correct window so the window had to be reordered due to lace of communications within Windows of Wisconsin. In March, we finally were notified the correct window was in, and we had it installed. The finish work was not completed as they didn't have the correct materials with them to complete the work. The Shop manager called me after I finally sent an email indicating my lack of satisfaction with their processes. The Shop manager called and did apologize for the absolute lake of communications and said he would PERSONALLY come and finish the job. On the agreed upon date and time he was supposed to PERSONALLY come he ended up sending one of his installers to complete the job. Ultimately the job was still not complete because their team member came without the proper moldings etc. and also when asked about the initial post installation inspection list of items needing to be completed he had obsoletely NO idea about it. I would definitely recommend the windows, but I would NOT even consider hiring this company to do any future projects for my house.

They offer Lutron, which is nice, though quite expensive (not their fault, that is just how much they are). Their marketing flyer did not mention that their discount from the flyer would not apply to smart shades. That was disappointing. Rob was awesome and quoted us for our entire house. We only went forward with our living room, but will keep them in mind for future projects. I drove to their sales floor / office to pay for them in person. They were nice to ask if we preferred if they wore masks (mid COVID) during their install and consultation. Nobody wore them at their sales floor / office however. Shades came a bit later than I believe I was told and expected. Not a big deal. They were professionally installed by Rob & John and I am very happy with them. One small hiccup was that the distance between our router and the shades exceeded the manufacturer recommended distance, so they could not all be paired accurately during the install. I ended up buying and installing the repeater on my own, which was not hard, but it would have been nice if this was offered during install and consultation. There was a slight miscommunication during the consultation in regards to where our internet was being transmitted from. I referred to our repeater, not the modem, but since the repeater does not have an ethernet port, it could not be used for the bridge. During our consultation, it was mentioned that there are low profile window ratchets to hide under the shades. I forgot to ask about them when they were installing and they didn't offer them then. It was not until after they left that it was remembered (by my wife). It would have been nice to have seen them in person when they were here. He offered to come back out so we can check them out. That was a nice gesture, but one that could have been avoided. Not a big deal again, but just a couple of very minor things. Not that I would not recommend them. Very happy with the finished product! Overall experience was 4/5, finished product 5/5.
