Pamperins was our "go to" and every paint we purchased was from there. No more. We went into the store and it was cluttered and messy and unfortunately, the two ladies in the store knew little to nothing about stains. When we went through all of the stains in the store and selected two different stains - made by two different vendors - we were told that they didn't have any in stock - one would be there a week from Friday and the other - they thought maybe Wednesday. We were so disappointed not only in the fact that Pamperins isn't Pamperins anymore but also because the people who worked there were inexperienced, unknowledgeable and we honestly knew more than they did. It used to be that every single person who waited on you - was an expert - they knew what paint or stain to use - gave great advice and even assisted us in selecting a product. I will miss knowing that there was a quality store in Green Bay with expert and exemplary service with great products in a neat, organized, easy-to-find what you're looking for location... Pamperins isn't Pamperins anymore. While I wish them luck, unless significant changes in product knowledge, personnel and organization of the new, dirty store location, I'm not hopeful for its future. I know we won't go back.

They were both so very nice and respectful, and went above and beyond what they were hired to do (a dresser was moved, only to reveal a big hole in the wall behind it. They located material to cover the hole, and installed it before they left). They did arrive in a hearse LLOL but that's just those guys - they are awesome!! :) My initial interaction with CertaPro was with Matt Gardner. Took him about 5 minutes to get the info he needed for the quote, and then we had a nice chat while he was working it up - hired them on the spot!! If you want quality, efficient and affordable painting done, I would recommend these folks 100%!!

We had had a nightmare experience with Certa Pros. They took over 3 hours longer than then said…read morethey would. They got paint on every fixture and baseboard. They didn't tape anything off. We bought brand new fixtures and they painted right on them! They patched every single hole even though we were told if we left the nail or hook in the wall they wouldn't. They took down where our vacuum was hooked up and patched it. The patched where we needed to connect a range hood back up. They left a light fixture totally hanging off the ceiling. Then we come out of the basement where we were all day long bc this upends the whole house (to be expected but you don't add 3 hours on- you come back the next day- they were rushing!!) three hours late and THEY PAINTED EVERY SINGLE WALL THE WRONG COLORS. not kidding. The accent wall was painted on the regular walls, hallways and main color was on the accent wall. So they had to come out and redo it all again. (Another day of total hassle) We contacted the managers involved and no one ever reply except the "project manager " who would reply when he felt like it no urgency even though they made a colossal mistake! We had to ask at least 5 times to get the remaining paint so we could use it for touch ups. Then they come back to paint our exterior doors (we would not have done this, but we had already signed the contract) and they get paint on the handles (no taping off the handles at all!) , it's a totally splotchy paint job and they had to come back and redo it AGAIN. It's still not great- still paint on handles and no one speaks English so no one to hold accountable except the terrible project manager. We are NOT the type of people to complain and this is my first ever review but it was the worst experience and worst company we've dealt with. Do NOT use them! If I could give no stars I would.

Don't expect to see anything from their rebate process. The process seems like a scam to avoid…read moreactually paying rebates. Starts with a need to get out a scissors to cut along the dotted line on a receipt they give you, then go to some schlocky outsourced company named "Rebates International" to find and print a form. Then mail it to that schlocky company that has big red font saying don't expect anything for at least 10 weeks. No ability to track status 12 weeks after sending it in. All in the hopes of getting some future credit for Menards, not actual cash back. Don't let their supposed rebates affect your purchase decision because you probably won't get anything except work on your part and no rebate.

We were told that SW had the best paint. Also saw commercials that showed it cover in one coat. We thought we would give it a try. $50 a gallon for the Emerald on sale was a lot but one coat - it was worth a try. It took 3 coats to cover our walls! It was the worst paint we have ever used and a complete rip off! We had 5 year old left over Behr paint that we used in our mudroom and it covered in one coat. Only minor touch ups. So it wasn't an issue with our wall texture like they will probably claim. Called the store 3 days ago to voice our displeasure and no manager was around. Took our name and number to call us back and never did! Save your money - a complete rip off!!!

Almost every fitting bin has different parts in it than what the bin says so make sure you check every single part you grab odds are it's not going to be what your looking for.
