Summer is approaching so she added more highlights than usual underneath and I absolutely love it! The lady I went to before always used the same developer all over which caused the top portion to not process all the way and were a bit yellowy. She however used a higher developer near the top of my head which made them turn out perfect! The salon is very clean and cute, it is small since there are only two girls doing hair. (Ashley and Carey) But I love that because it's a very warm and inviting environment. Their prices are also great, 75 for half head highlights and toner and 120 for full head highlights and toner. Right now they only take cash and check (which is perfectly fine with me) but starting in either June or July (I'm sorry, I can't remember which) they will accept debit and credit cards. Then I tackled someone (I do know her, but it was a pretty assertive approach anyway) and made her tell me why her hair and skin always look so excellent. Clay. She goes to Clay and has forever. What will happen when you also become a Clay-ista: you skin will glow, your tensions will melt away, you will have to decide for yourself what you say when people stop you on the street to ask why your hair looks so amazing.
