Lol the view was beautiful and the pilot pointed out landmarks like star island and answered any questions we had. Only issue I had was they asked if we wanted the doors on or off. I wanted on. But the front where the pilot was had the doors off so it was a cold ride. Wish they made that more clear. Other than that it was a fun experience for us both.

When confronted they apologized and blamed it on an accounting error and would refund the money however after two weeks all communication stopped and they will not answer or return calls or emails. We texted him multiple times to confirm that the helicopter would arrive, asking regular and normal questions about proximity, time, etc. In one of the calls before the cancellation, he even mentioned that he was going to drop "pink color," displaying a lack of sense as a person who knows it's a surprise. The day before the scheduled flight, he texted me instead of calling, without an apology, stating that the helicopter was unable to fly. Please don't use this COMPANY.

This man Ariel Dominguez, shoved her out of the way, to grab her luggage and tell her that she needs to make the line again. Initially, she was at the counter and the young man, very politely asked her to remove 2 lbs from her luggage and come right back to him. After removing the 2 lbs. she proceeded to go back to him and I placed the luggage back on the scale. This Ariel Dominguez employee, told us to remake the line we had already had waited in. I told him that the young man told us to come right back to him and he scuffed, then proceeded to shove my daughter off the luggage and call us "uneducated". I did not have the time to waste and argue with him, so we went to the back of the line and once we were attended, I went to speak to him to let him know he should of explained their protocol, instead of calling names. At that time, I had enough and I looked at his employee ID to see who i was dealing with. He proceeded to call out his name very loud and once again, called me "uneducated ". This is NOT how your treat customers! At the end of the day, we are paying airfare to have a pleasant experience all around. I am sure the airline is charged for his services and he should be as professional and courteous as possible. At no time did I insult him nor did I not follow directions from the young man at the counter. This has been the worst experience here at MIA. Ariel Dominguez is not the person who should be in that position, he lacks the proper skills to deal with customers and should be reassigned.
