I just wanted to share an absolutely wonderful experience that we had with Delta Airlines. On our…read moretrip back from San Juan Puerto Rico yesterday (flight 1946) we were given a complimentary upgrade to First class. But that was only just the beginning. When we boarded the airplane, the pilot Captain David, offered my 12 year old daughter Kimmy, the opportunity to get a view of the cockpit of the Boeing 737-800 that we were flying on. And it gets even better, Captain David also allowed my daughter to sit in the Captain's seat and pose for some INCREDIBLE photos. The Captain also showed her some of what seemed like a million flight controls and explained what they did. My daughter Kimmy said that she can't wait to share the photos with her friends and that it was the "Ultimate Flex". I just wanted to give a huge thank you to not only Captain David but to the entire flight crew and of course including the flight attendants. The flight attendants were beyond friendly and our filet mignon dinner was delicious. It was an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! Top Notch service from the beginning to the very end. This entire crew needs to be acknowledged for their outstanding customer service. And it was my birthday as well. What a birthday present! Simply put, it's a memory that neither my daughter or I will ever forget! Thank you so very much Delta! #DELTA AIRLINES!!!!!

So, imagine a sleep-deprived, feisty redhead waiting for my bag...just to see the carousel end with no bag. Sigh. I went to the customer service office for my bag. The staff immediately put in a claim and started working the problem. Well, it arrived that night, but I was way too weary to get it. The man who called was super nice and friendly, and told me I can pick it up the next day. Cool. The next day, I went to the office for my bag. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was there, recognized my name, and conversed with me about the craziness and military life as they finished issuing me a voucher. I appreciated the personal touch, especially after the bag fiasco. Mistakes happen. However, a company that owns it and makes it right, plus has great staff? I couldn't be happier. And hey, I got a new bathing suit, panties, and a cute skirt out of the deal!

Without hesitation he provided me with anti-nausea medication and a water to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. His kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference in my travel experience. Even while managing a full flight, the he remained compassionate, and professional. It's this level of customer service that in my opinion sets Southwest apart. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will continue to choose Southwest for future travel.

He was exactly where he promised to be in baggage claim, and we walked to his vehicle once all of our bags arrive. While traffic was very heavy due to some other events going on in town, he was very professional and as our adult children were asking him tons of questions, he was very accommodating and educating us about his home, turkey, and it was very interesting We really appreciate his kindness and we will be using this service again in the future One note on this company is that they are very good with text communications so will send you reminders of your upcoming reservation as well as we knew exactly when our driver was assigned and our driver texted us directly as well. It was comforting to know that they were aware of our flight information and kept in touch with us without us having to reach out to them.

Great service and communication from the booking to being dropped off at the end of the day. Vino was so helpful and responsive with all the questions and arrangements, and went above and beyond. I will not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone I know traveling to the Miami area.

The airport had plenty of places to eat and drink, and I believe a lounge in every wing. We were happy to see the American Lounge in ours, where we spent our time waiting for our boarding. Food is just OK, but it's free. Let's hear it for free! I am tired of paying high prices for food that is just OK in airport eateries. Aren't we all? It did feel like we had to walk about 6 miles to our gate, but that's pretty typical in larger airports. We can't all live in Dayton.
