It's now been over a week later since the incident and I still cannot get a clear answer from anyone (not Farrah who works in service, not from sales, or from Alex the owner), all they tell me is they will know more the next day and then the same answer is given over and over. Tomorrow I have a Zoom meeting with my boss for what I am certain is going to be me being Fired from my job because I haven't been able to show up for work in over a week bc I haven't had a car to get to and from work. The entire reason I purchased a car was to be able to work and have reliable transportation to make money--but what I got was a car that ended up having a bad transmission, issues with the power window/sunroof, key fob not working, check engine light on, dull front head light, etc. (a lemon). Luckily there is a Lemon Law in Florida and A good friend who happens to be an attorney who will be helping me if the car is not repaired and returned to me asap. Almost everyone working was showing a car and there were people in the waiting area. We were introduced to one of the salesman and he took us to the car right away. The car was in great shape and we were able to test drive it. The salesman wasn't pushy at all and was just there to simply show us the car. We decided we liked it and wanted to know specifics on the price. I knocked one star down because I didn't really like the process of putting in an application just to get a price. Also, once we got a price and if you want to finance through them, the interest rates are very, very high! I would negotiate that interest rate down if you have good credit and are putting a good amount down. All in all, Steeve and the staff were great to work with and highly recommended them!

Warning: Do Not Trust Florida Fine Cars…read more I deeply regret buying my car from Florida Fine Cars. The vehicle had a hidden defect in one of the lights that was covered up just to make the sale. They put a new bulb and superficially fixed the lamp, but it was full of water and caused a short circuit that damaged the entire electrical system. Even after taking the car back, nobody mentioned the issue -- and now the car is completely damaged. If I hadn't taken it to a mechanic in time, it could have exploded or caught fire. It was a life-threatening situation caused by pure negligence. Customer service? The worst. Rude, dishonest, and completely unhelpful. This dealership is extremely dishonest. They sold me a problem disguised as a car. Do not trust them.

The car itself looked good, but the experience completely fell apart once it came time to discuss numbers. The finance manager, Miguel, came across as very dishonest and added unnecessary fees to the deal. He specifically told me he would only run a soft credit check, but instead ran a hard inquiry without my consent, which negatively impacted my credit score. On top of that, while discussing my trade-in, Miguel kept one of my car keys and has refused to mail it back despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. What makes this even worse is that after all of this, I was still willing to move forward with purchasing the vehicle. They advised me to secure financing through my own bank, but after several days of communication, they ended up selling the car to someone else anyway. Overall, there was no professionalism, transparency, or good faith throughout this process. Very disappointing experience.
