Our travel agent "Monica" reassured us that everything was well coordinated and that we would be greeted at the airport upon arrival. After a 16 hour flight ..this did NOT happen. Losing confidence in our travel agent we were forced to confirm pick up and arrival times of every excursion we had booked. This was very time consuming and stressful. Dubai is a beautiful place to visit, I just wish our vacation had been more stress free.
