They used to provide you with solution for the after care but I guess they are now charging $12 for it. And the lady instantly added on the warranty until I became weary and she took it off. When she had marked my ears to show me where she will pierce it, I gave her the ok for the first hole. I wanted to see the size of the stud to see where I'd like to place the second one. When it came to the second one, she didn't even mark it and just went for the kill. She somehow managed to "miss" putting the stud in and had to re-pierce the second one and boy did that thing sting lol. She didn't apologize ot bat an eye. She then said all done and gave me the mirror to look. Boy, that second stud was nowhere near where I told her to pierce and it was crooked. When i told her it was crooked she said no it's not, it's lined up straight look at the back. Ok, are we piercing ears to look good in the front or back? What is this lady on? I was furious and said yeah whatever and left. It was annoying today and completely a waste. I didn't get this lady's name but shame on you. I will probably remove my piercing later on. This was the worst customer service I've ever gotten from the Piercing Pagoda.
