One carries super expensive designer clothes- Prada, Dolce & Gabana, etc. The Elle Rose next door is more in my price range and carries all of my favorite designers- Theory, Tahari, Nanette Lepore. I could have dropped lots of cash in this store today because they had some really adorable clothes, jewelry, purses, belts, etc. However, then I remembered my New Years Resolution to save more money and spent my time browsing and talking with the super friendly sales associates instead. Late last night I went to that brands e-commerce shop....Low and behold my shirt which I paid $695 in the store (regular price on vendor website was $495 and is now on sale for $346.50.) If I hadn't have worn it already I would have returned it and bought it directly from the vendor. I am more curious why it was marked up a whole $200 more than the MSRP??
