If you haven't had the chance to check out this place yet, you are missing out on some really good fresh baked goods. The place is run so well, and has a variety of options to choose from. What has excited me most is how well they have adapted to the hygiene standards and updated their setup to deal with COVID and all your transactions feel really safe and touch free. Please check out this place and support their business, they have a really good thing going. Super friendly staff that is always willing to help and serves you with a smile..!!!

They have mostly cakes, pastries and other sweets. I was hoping for fresh baked bread which they had just a little of. I bought an apple turnover, it was OK.

This panadería has a great selection. I ordered five different types of pan and they were all delicious. Will definitely be back in a few days for more!

This cool shop is awesome! Please don't let the small size fool you. This shop is busting with smells and choices of sweet breads, pastries and cakes including holiday specialities! I came here in January for "king bread" better known as Rosca de Reyes. I strongly suggest getting early or you will only have the large ones to choose ones but you'll still be very happy!! I have been looking for a local place for Pan de Muerto (dead bread) for days and came here and couldn't be happier. It was still warm!!! Melted in my mouth!! Que rico!!

Explicitly knowing by growing up with, enjoying them most of her life, and retaining the desire to acquire fine Mexican 'dulces' - baked goods are difficult to come by when seeking 'real' Mexican stuff. My wife and I travel the country considerably, and we rarely will find a place with the selection, product quality, taste and variety Panaderia El Molino (PEM) in Manassas offers. From the Great Northwest, to the Southwest and Southeast, few Mexican Bakeries can boast what PEM can! She is only glad that the bakery is not conveniently around the corner, as this way, she can keep it as an occaisional treat! Highly recommended if you're looking for the real thing.

Wonderful selection of Latin pastries. It zapped me back to my childhood crossing the border into Tijuana to hit up the local bakeries for some sweet treats!

Awesome!!!! We came on Sunday morning and were greeted by a waft of fresh baked sweet bread. Found racks of fresh out the oven Mexican bread being rolled out. Literally, everything was freshly baked. It's rare to find Mexican bread that isn't old and stale trying to be passed off as still good. Not here! This is a cute little panaderia, the lady at the register is like abuelita. She offered us samples of everything she had at the counter which enticed us to add to our purchase at the last second. Can't beat fresh baked, everything was delicious!

Very good tacos. Excellent salsa and the chips are very good as well. Wish there was a better selection of drinks though.

Incredibly, all 3 of the 2022 runner-up were in Virginia as I live in Anne Arundel County, MD, but that's just how it worked out with Jirani Coffee House being the furthest from my home at a staggering 53 miles away. It was one of those strange Saturdays where I ended up further and further from my home throughout the day. There was something expensive I was shopping for (bed) where I wanted to test in person as opposed to buying online without knowing. It was in a bedding store in the Tysons area, which I ended up buying from them in the end. Then, there was an astronomy Meetup out at the Air & Space Museum out in Chantilly, so I was like I'm already out in Tysons, and in the 11 years living in the DMV, I need to visit this location of Air & Space. The astronomy Meetup was canceled due to overcast weather, which I didn't realize until after I got there, but I enjoyed the museum until closing time. I weighed options and saw a coffee & comedy Meetup even further from my home in Manassas, which I decided to do since the astronomy event was canceled, and I had already driven all that way. Experience at Jirani: This was a cute coffee house in historic downtown Manassas. The iced chai was excellent, and the staff was friendly. Then, the comedy at nearby ART Factory was great too as was the museum which had some free wine & hors d'oeuvres. If I'm ever in Manassas, I'd definitely try to get back to Jirani!

But trust me, this is one of those places you'll be glad you found. I love Turkey, and the second I tried their food, it genuinely took me right back. We ordered the traditional Turkish breakfast, and it was one of those meals where the food just keeps coming in the best way possible. Everything felt fresh, flavorful, comforting, and so clearly made with care. We also tried the flatbread, a meat wrap, smoothies, their special soup which was so good I would absolutely go back just for that, warm catmir for dessert, and a bunch of appetizers. Honestly, everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. I also had the chance to meet the owner and chef, who was incredibly kind and clearly puts so much heart into this place. And the restaurant itself completely surprised me because it is way bigger inside than you'd expect. Super clean, modern, beautifully designed, and honestly such a cute brunch spot. Weekend music nights? Love that. Girls brunch? Absolutely. Date night? Definitely. Family dinner? 100 percent. Finding the love of your life? Slightly better odds if someone's mom brings their eligible son. Overall, this really is such a lovely hidden gem and absolutely worth checking out if you're craving authentic Turkish food in the Manassas area.

We came here for Mother's Day, they don't take reservations so we made sure to arrive right when they opened. Service was impecable, shout out to our server Ilke, she was so nice and attentive. She recommended getting my serpme, which was perfect to share for 2 adults and two kids. It comes with a variety of spreads, sweet and savory. All freshly made. The fig jam, butter and honey, feta spread and tomato one were amazing!! You get a side dish, we got the eggs with tomatoes and pepper and they were delicious! The zucchini fritter was also delicious. The spreads come with unlimited bread made in house. They have a huge selection of delicious looking desserts. We got complimentary baklavas that were amazing, so we didn't get to try any other dessert but we can't wait to come back!!

In fact, we are cake tasting for a wedding and this bakery is a top contender out of 6 different Asian bakeries we've been to. The interior is quaint and was decently sized. Even with four cups, they still filled mine generously, which I really appreciated. The disappointment came once we started drinking. It honestly tasted like milk with unsweetened boba. I don't mind if the boba isn't sweet as long as the drink has enough flavor, but in this case, the milk flavor was overpowering, and the tea was barely noticeable. We also ordered a bean pastry, which was surprisingly delicious! It was sweet, and if you didn't know it was made with beans, you probably wouldn't even notice. Overall, I'd be open to going back. I'm not sure if the overly milky flavor was a fluke from splitting the drinks or if that's just their usual recipe. The café itself is cute with cozy vibes. It's right off a main road (Route 29). Parking is available on the side and in the back, and there's a decent amount of seating. Just note they close at 9 PM, so if you're looking for a late-night café spot, this may not be the best option.
