The tasting in advance was so great. I loved that the appointment took place after the shop closed and that I could choose combo flavors in advance to try out to fit my theme. I went with a pumpkin cake with cinnamon frosting, naked icing with a fall theme. Not one slice went uneaten on my wedding day. A year later, I special ordered cupcakes for my anniversary in the same flavors, and had to coordinate with the baker to ensure the flavor combo was available. Meri was very clear in her communication, gave me suggestions, and even put an identifiable way for me to know which box was red velvet and which one had the coconut cupcakes.
