I had a surgery and a family member send me flowers through this florist, there was a get well message on the card but no information about who send it, I called the shop to ask who the sender is and the guy who answered the phone was so rude and told me he doesn't know , I asked if he can look up the name to see who paid for it and he started screaming at me that I told you I don't have that information , I said why are you yelling at me and he screamed even louder repeating himself do I just hung up. Horrible floral design! Used shrub material on pastel roses that i could have clipped from my 25 year old schubs in my yard! Nothing matched a of pastel roses. And a sloppy tied red bow! Just horrible and roses were old with many brown spots. Loots like they hadteling stuffed dying on the way out roses in a vase picked scrubs off the side of the road placed a red hugly not well toed bow and ripped us off all they way around. read more

Sometime back my experience was good here. My wife loves that I make her custom arrangements based on her preferences. I have been able to walk in the refrigerators in the past and make something beautiful. But apparently not anymore. When I respectfully asked. The man said: "just tell me how much you want to spend and I put together fo' you" (verbatim). That is not how it works Mr. The other reviewers are correct they twist your arm to take whatever flowers they give you, even if they are old and wilted. The preña de arrangements are merely "OK" and not worth the money. To bad. I spend good money in arrangements and I don't believe I will come here anymore. read more

Wrong flowers, wrong day, and NO CREDIT CARD SECURITY!!! I hate giving a 1 star review but potential customers beware of this florist. I ordered a Valentine arrangement of a dozen long stemmed red roses for my wife I was charged $15 delivery PLUS an extra $5 to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They left the delivery at our door a day early. Additionally, instead of the dozen red roses they delivered a rose and carnation 10" tall bouquet. The roses had brown edges (see photo). I called and was told, "We have to deliver early because we have so many customers. We're sorry for charging you extra for 2/14 delivery and for sending out the wrong flowers. Let us make it up to you and deliver the correct arrangement tomorrow as ordered." The "make up delivery" was a dozen half dead roses thrown into a vase and the "long stems" were a whopping 12". Plus the envelope they left contained the full credit card number, exp date, security code and billing address FOR A DIFFERENT CUSTOMER! Inexcusable! I was very embarrassed by what my wife had received. So I ordered another rose arrangement from a different florist and my wife received a beautiful arrangement made with 18" long stem roses. I will NEVER USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN. read more

They did not deliver what was purchased. I ordered through JustFlowers.com and Panage was the delivering florist. I ordered a plant arrangement in a ceramic dish and upgraded to premium. The recipient sent a photo to me to say thank you. I was shocked and embarrassed at what was delivered. I told my friend that is NOT what I ordered. Humiliating. They delivered cheap white basket instead of the ceramic dish with a few plants instead of premium. After speaking to customer service at JustFlowers.com they said "the florist sent what they had." I wish the florist would have notified me that they could not accommodate this order - I would have canceled and chosen a different gift. I just received a Christmas centerpiece sent to me by my sister in AZ. It's a standard floral arrangement design, likely from one of the chain mail order companies and farmed out to a local florist to execute. Although most of the arrangement was lovely (greenery, red roses, carnations, etc., several of the carnations were almost dead on arrival and I had to buy more flowers to replace them today. In my opinion an arrangement, provided you water it daily/change water, etc., should last close to a week if fresh flowers are used. I hate when a florist cuts corners, as this one did, when they know the order was placed from out of town! read more

I ordered two arrangements this morning to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. One arrangement was delivered 6+ hours later. I then received an email telling me the other arrangement could not be delivered today and that it could be delivered on Monday - this was after I'd paid the 'same day delivery' fee (which was subsequently credited to my account). Definitely not acceptable. If I wanted them delivered Monday I would have requested they be delivered Monday. The arrangement that was delivered was a very sad attempt at the picture of what I had ordered on the website. The roses, pathetically, look like they are not long for this world. Needless to say, the second order was immediately cancelled. I shudder to think how it might have turned out. No thanks ... this will be my last order with this florist. I drove in town and wanted to pick up a beautiful bouquet of flowers before showing up at a dear friend's house for the weekend. I found this florist close to my destination, chose the flowers I wanted and was charged $164 for 13 flowers. As SHOCKED as I was I didn't complain because I was in a hurry, and my friend is worth it. It was the condition of the flowers the next morning that truly SHOCKED AND EMBARRASSED me. It was the weekend but I did call and got the answering machine. I had to head back home Sunday evening. Had they been open I would have brought the dead flowers in and asked for a refund. My friend, who lives in San Juan Capistrano, will never be purchasing flowers here. Flowers should last at least a week, but dead within 24 hrs? Disgusting. read more

There is nothing lower than one star so I am forced to give them one... first of all, my order was supposed to be a surprise and they ruined it. How? The shop had sent me a notification saying that the flowers had been delivered by hand. I called the recipient to ask what they had thought about the arrangement and they hadn't received anything. When I called the shop it took 30min for them to pick up, they finally pick up an other 30 mins went by explaining how they ruined the moment. When the flowers arrive they weren't even the ones I had ordered. It's so sad because they tried intentionally to make them look like the actual arrangement, only different flowers. I payed a lot of money for peony's and they gave me hyrengias instead. I payed $126 and they gave me a $15 arrangement. This place is disgusting. read more

I received flowers on Friday and the roses already had brown edges. By Saturday morning, they were completely dead and by Sunday the rest of the arrangement was completely dead. I understand it's summer time and hot out but the roses should not die the very next day. Flowers are not cheap and I would not waste your money here. When I called, they did offer to send a new arrangement which I appreciated but I still would not recommend it at all because there is no excuse for delivering dead flowers. Also, the delivery man had a clip board that had $1 bills attached and a note asking for tips. I found this to be incredibly tacky. Update: the replacement bouquet had almost dead flowers in them as well! The roses are better but still with some brown edges but other flowers are on their way out. I pointed this out to the delivery woman who agreed that they were dried out and brown but had really no response. You would think they would have thrown in some extra flowers or go out of their way to make the arrangement better than the first, which they didn't. That says a lot to me about a business. After seeing multiple reviews about this problem it seems to be a trend here. read more

My boyfriend had flowers sent to me for Valentine's day that he ordered on line because he is overseas. The on-line company used Panage Florist to deliver them to me. The flowers were delivered on Valentines Day in the late afternoon. This was a Wednesday....by Saturday morning the roses were drooping and dead. When I called the florist today to let them know, the Manager, Devin, told me that next this happens I should call right away. What????!!!! Next time????!!!!!??? I explained that I had been traveling and didn't have time to call her. She really didn't care and kept telling me that her phone was dying....just like her flowers!!! She did not have the courtesy to apologize or even offer to send new ones. When I asked if she would send me new ones as a courtesy she just kept telling me I should have called right away. I offered to send her pictures I had taken, but she didn't want them. I am sure there will not be a next time. In addition, my boyfriend let the on-line florist know that this florist did not send quality flowers. I would expect that they would hold up for at least a week. Such a shame... I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement I picked out from a picture on the website and upgraded to premium. $68.00 with dely & services charges. I'm 1000 miles from where flowers were delivered. Had them sent as a get well to my best friend. She sent me a photo when they were delivered. I went ballistic! It looked like my 8 yr old grandson grabbed a bouquet at the supermarket and stuck them in a vase! The roses and mums weren't even trimmed and arranged - no filler was used and bouquet was 1/3 the size of one in picture. I've NEVER ever had this happen and I've ordered dozens of arrangements over the years at different florists. I'll try to post the pic of arrangement I ordered and another of one they delivered. Florist apologized and wanted to send another arrangement. No way - I asked for refund. So big whoop they offered 40% off price of product only. So I'll end up getting $18.
