I tried Panago on whyte ave again. It's been a while. I was sitting on the rooftop patio at the Blackdog on St. Patrick's day. My friends wanted a Hawaiian pizza. I suggested Famoso next door, but it recently shut down. Dominos, Mash, Family Pizza and Checkers are all close by, but didn't really appeal to me. I decided to try Panago. As always, the website is terrible, so I called. I was helped right away. I ordered an XL Tropical Hawaiian. She upsold me on the honey garlic wings. I'm glad she did. They were delicious!!! I don't even like wings. I think the delivery guy just walked down the Ave. It's very close, but it was worth it to me to pay the $4.75 delivery fee. The pizza was pretty good. The ham is cut up small like bits. The regular crust is ok. I'd like to try the thin crust next time. read more

Thank you Italy for pizza! I love Panago pizza because it's not greasy. Most places have such greasy pizza these days and I really need any more help clogging my arteries than you very much (I have McDonald's for that). I've gone into the Whyte Ave location of Panago quote a bit and I have to say, I've enjoyed it every time. They make my pizza quickly while i wait and read Vue Weekly. The staff is usually pretty good too. They are as friendly as pizza peeps can get! Another reason why I love Panago so much is their dipping sauces. You get a choice of different dipping sauces for your crust. I always get the jalapeno ranch - it's delicious! Only, I don't just dip my crust in it, I usually put a thin layer of it on top of my actual pizza too. It's that good. read more

The pizzas were really good and I like that the regular crust isn't greasy at all! The thin crust is pretty good too. But if you get the sweet cinnamon bread sticks, avoid the SWEET FROST dip. Tastes like a chemical. But it's a good dip if you run out of suicide pills and need a replacement!! read more

With a zesty sauce, flavourful crust, and interesting topping combinations, Panago is one of the best pizzas around. This was one of the first places to offer dipping sauces for the crusts, which other pizza places have followed suit in offering. I come here to get the vegetarian pepperoni pizza. Yes, you read that correctly: vegetarian pepperoni. The "pepperoni" is made from soy or tofu, with a look and flavour almost like the real thing. Peppers and mushrooms round out the toppings - and the mushrooms are quite thick and juicy. This is the only pizza place I have found locally that offers a vegetarian meat substitution. Of course, you can get pretty much any other kind of pizza here, from vegetarian to meat. read more

Panago is definitely one of the best pizza joints out there. It's costs a bit more than say Pizza Hut or Pizza 73, but it's worth it! Their pizzas are usually a thinner crust version, and I find they're not as greasy. They have a great selection too, with creative combinations of toppings on all their pies. My friend and I recently tried the tropical chicken, and it was yummy! Lots of chicken pieces, green peppers and sweet caramelized onions on top. The honey mustard chicken wings are also really good, different from the usual honey garlic, as they're more tangy but still sweet. Panago does delivery or pick-up, and they're generally quick with both options. If you do pick-up, they also sell seasonings and dressings at the shop. Yummy pizza delivered fast and in an uncomplicated manner. Menu overly complicated. The quality of the telephone line is atrocious so expect to repeat everything you say five times. Ingredients are fresh and make the eating experience close to nirvana. Let's go and have some take home pizza for dinner! I've ordered take away pizza from here quite a few times and would highly recommend it. My favourite so far is the Mediterranean vegetarian with a bit of ground beef added to it. It's absolutely delicious, slightly expensive but it's the best I've found so far. read more

This was the worst pizza experience I've ever had it showed up cold for one thing and the pizza was all smashed to one side. There was literally like five pieces of pork on the entire large pizza totally disappointing. It was really bland and tasteless. Last time I will order from Panago. Waste of money. read more

The guy came to the door knocked and left didn't see the door bell right beside the door. we live on the second floor which we told them, so there's no way we would of been able to here him. now it's closed and we can't get our pizza. verry unimpressed with the service. read more

I have never been disappointed with Panago until this evening. I have strict dietary issues which makes life all that much more exciting when a big pizza chain introduces vegan pizza options. I had read some great Yelp! reviews about it so figured it was time to give it a shot. I received my pizza tonight and I was severely disappointed when I opened the box to find that my meatless pepperoni and grilled veggie pizza was nothing more than about 3 tiny veggies and a few slices of pepperoni topped with some daiya. I'm sorry Panago, due to this unfortunate experience and my ever growing dietary issues, I don't think I will order again. I was so excited for something that was sadly, nothing more than a poor excuse for nourishment. :( read more

Can't read the directions on an order to make it properly and will not make things right when the order is delivered incorrectly. I called to have the incorrect order fixed and they sent half of a replacement so now I am sitting here with cold pizza while my wife has a fresh one. Personally, I really love Panago Pizza. They're actually my favourite pizza place to order from. However, my experience tonight after ordering the Tuscan Flatbread was awful. Not only was the flatbread loaded with rosemary.... absolutely loaded with it, when eating it felt like grass in your mouth. The old rosemary breadsticks were good, however I was very disappointed with how bad these breadsticks were. read more

Umm, disgusting. The grease from my VEGGIE pizza leaked THROUGH the cardboard and onto my counter. Plus, I was missing a lot of the veggies advertised on their menu. I ordered pizza and the lady told me an hour because of the bad weather which I totally understand! Then I call back after an hour and a half and the guys tells me I am 3 minutes shy so if it is not there with in 3 minutes call back and we will give you a discount. ( I only called to check up on the order not even to ask for a discount ) So I call back and then the customer service ppl went back on their word the guy was very rude to me so I cancelled my order! Then the delivery guys shows up anyways in 20 minutes we tell him what happened he called the call centre and they said no brig it back! I would never order for them again if they even gave me $5.00 off I would have been happy since they offered a discount but customer service sucked. I am sticking to Pizza 73! read more
