Things may have changed since I…read morelast ordered, but they didn't seem to have many delivery drivers, and the ones that were available either weren't willing or able to complete the delivery I'd requested (Central City in Surrey to my apartment which is a 10 minute drive away, so nothing crazy). I had to stop ordering from them because the last four times I called, they didn't have anyone available to go to New West at all. I guess maybe it's a Surrey exclusive now? Bummer.

The owner, Sarah, seems really nice and takes the time to get to know you. Her food is really good, and she really tries to accommodate you. As well she incorporates as much organic ingredient as she can. All her sauces are home made. I have some health issues and ran her meal options by my dietician, who gave it a thumbs up. In fact, more than a thumbs up as the dietician has added this company to her list of recommended food delivery services for her patients, which shows the quality of the food. I used to use a couple other frozen food delivery services but found that their portions weren't quite enough for a family of four, whereas the Real Meal portions (the larges) are really good for a family of 4. So far I have placed about 15 different orders each of 4 various family meals, so that's a total of about 60 meals I've had thanks to Real Meals. Great prices, great quality and nice people to deal with.

Sarah makes all the meals herself, with help from her family. She is passionate about what she does, and she believes in keeping her quality consistent. We have made three orders so far for busy work weeks. The Shepard's pie is my favourite. The soups are hearty and great portions. We are happy with the quality of food, the delivery service and the ease at which we can order online. Finally, a food delivery service that doesn't get boring after one week. My only reservation is that they still have a limited menu, but I'm sure Sarah is working on it. Support this wholesome company.
