This review is for the car wash. Charlene, who was working there, was incredibly sweet and patient. My windshield and front bumper were covered in bugs, and after the first wash, Charlene suggested I go through a second time at no extra charge because she knew it would need another run to come fully clean. Even in the heat, she didn't complain once and handled everything with such a positive attitude. Great customer service like that really stands out. The second run did the trick, and my car ended up looking as good as new. I honestly didn't expect this level of service from a gas station car wash, but it was comparable to Mister Car Wash. It's also a nice bonus that you get a discount on the wash if you purchase gas first. Definitely a pleasant surprise, and I'll be back again. read more

I went in to get a cup of ice on 3/28/26 and found some unknown object in my cup. This thing looked like it had bacteria or some fungal growth on it. I was drinking this. There were fragments in my cup. I am disgusted and wonder when the last time they cleaned their ice machine. read more

They don't listen to what gas pump you tell em you're on, and then they expect you to just charge your card again FOR THEIR MISTAKES. This place used to be great especially for the car wash. But on Saturday, August 5, 2023. I went to the car wash and as I got out I went to vacuum my car and I seen the back side of my left mirror on the driver side was gone so I went inside the store and I asked if they could look around the inside of the car wash to see if maybe it came off And I could still put it back together. The manager, Monica, she was not helpful. She was very rude!!! She told me several times that there's nothing left behind and there's nothing they could do so. I asked if I was able to go look inside, and she told me yes, and then came back to tell me no I couldn't so I suggested if they could take a look one more time, then I figured I should just asked to speak with the owner since she was no help. From the beginning of when I walked in the store, she had a really bad attitude. I wasn't sure why when I'm the one who got my mirror damaged then the owner came out and wasn't helpful towards the beginning and took my information down afterwards but the guy working the car wash brought back pieces of my car to show me that it did get taken off inside the car wash it had just gotten ran over and was pieces left behind. I really hope to hear back from this place and get this solved because this is beyond ridiculous!!!! read more

Tell me why I got charged from their ATM again without even using their ATM? Charged me another $100 had to file another claim with my bank because apparently I took out that $100 from their ATM? But, then my claim got denied and I need to fix it with the Shell. When I go to the shell they don't wanna fix it. So this shell owes me $200 because their ATM some how had access my card info after using it. Told the cashiers about it, said they would let their supervisors know . This store does not have prices posted on 50% of their items. I'm here about 3 times a week and have brought this up NUMEROUS times yet nothing has been done to correct this issue. The girls who work here just shrug their shoulders. Today I asked for the price of ice cream, she said either $2.99 or $3.99, it was $7.99. It's pretty bad when your own employees don't even know the price of items. I asked to speak to the manager but there wasn't one so I asked for the number to corporate. This is a CHAIN so I'm sure some standards are required to be followed. The girls just said "we don't know the number, it's not on our paper". Seriously? Gas stations are usually dirty, kind of shady, and a place to be dreaded to go to. However, I actually really like this gas station. This Shell is extremely clean, has a friendly staff, and reasonably priced gas. Compared to other Shells this one doesn't try to super over charge you. Also there is a car wash on site that is five bucks, but you get two dollars off when you purchase gas (a pretty good deal). read more

Worst customer service. Worst information. No ones car vacuums are open passed 7 pm , and I needed my rented car clean. I called around, and it says they're open. So I did the smart thing because I was going to drive across town to an open inside car vacuum place. The girl tells me on the phone and in person they're vacuums are available. Do I go across town to clean the inside of my car. I ask them to turn it on, and the guy tells me he can't AFTER I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE GIRL IN PERSON. Wasted my gas, and then the guy leaves his register and yells at me to come back and he'll do it. He didn't try to help me the first time around, and made my night Harder. I only get gas at Costco or Chevron, but I go to this shell because it's clean and it's beer selection... I was shocked to see they had a good selection of craft beers! Ballast point, stone, deschutes, lagunitas... I can name a few more.. They also have all the basic beers (which I don't drink) friendly and speedy checkout. read more

As an owner of a 16 years old but a very lovely 2000 Toyota Solara 3.0 SLE, Very powerful car. I used to fill up from Costco, Until one day I decided to give the shell across the street a chance as I always hear Chevron and She'll has the best gasoline for your car. From Costco I used to get 165-167 miles on a full tank I found it wired, So I started a week ago I said let's try this, I'm a single guy so gas after it went down have me a chance to try the expensive gas at a cheaper rate. So last night was fill up number 2, I filled up and I went to the mileage guage under my speedometer, pushed the button and I saw 197 miles trip guage I was shocked and still have more gas but I neve r let my tank go so low. What I've noticed in all honesty: Noticeable increase in mileage, imagine if it was highway mileage, I bet huge difference. Acceleration very noticeable change Fast engine response to the peddle Engine runs very very smooth I'm not paid to leave a feedback, Nor I need anyone's money to say the truth,I was a big skeptic about the expensive gas, But seriously now i'm in love with shells gasoline as it gave my engine life back, And made me feel like I'm driving an expensive sports car. For all the people I'm give it a try, I used gas grade 87 the entry grade cause my car is older, So you may even better greater mileage at higher tier gas like 97 or whatever it is. I'm so glad I tried it and now I totally understand why shell and Chevron don't need to compete with other gas stations since they're well known to the market. read more

I went to have a car wash last March 14. I paid $10 which included tire shine. Unfortunately, the result was so disappointing as my tires were still dirty and no shine. I went inside the store to tell the attendants what happened. One attendant said she can't help me because she was on break and the other attendant said she can't help me either because she has to take care of the store. She told me to go to the guy who was at the start of the car wash express! I suggested if she can call the guy, she said no because she doesn't have his number. There is no way of communicating from the store. WOW! Very poor customer service! Base on this experience, I noticed that their advertised/posted service and price is not true either. I would just go for the advertised $6 or $8 service because that is similar to what u will get to the $10 one. Or better yet explore other car wash service in the area. Terrible. On January 24th, 2015 I had stopped to get gas at the Shell station on the corner of Panama and Stine. I only had one gallon of gas in my car when I arrived. I began to pump on pump #9 and pushed the little lever on the pump up so I didn't have to hold it. I watched as the numbers continue to rise and heard the pump click after about 15 seconds. I was confused because my tank had been almost empty and saw that my numbers were still going up. I looked to my tank and even though the pump was still it my tank it was spewing gas all over my car and the ground. I called for the gentlemen in front of me, who was also filling his tank, to see if he could help because I couldn't find the emergency shut off switch. The little lever wasn't up any more and it just wouldn't shut off. I ran inside and had them turn it off. I got back out to my car and the machine said that I had it had put 8.8 gallons in my tank and 23.74 had been charged to my card. The gentleman who had helped me told me to see if I could get a refund since all of the gas hadn't gone into my tank. I looked at my gas gauge and it wasn't even half full. It had put about 3 gallons in my car. I asked the owner for a partial refund for the 4 gallons that had not gone into my car and she refused. She repeatedly told me that no more than one gallon had spilled into the floor. She said she would only give me a refund of $2.70, for one gallon of gasoline. I refused and called my Mother who came and began to speak with the owner over the phone because she had left the station already. The owner said she could still only give me $2..70 My mom said to take it and write an email to corporate. We then went to Costco, which is right across the street, to fill up the rest of my tank. My tank took another 7.5 gallons. So if you subtract the "one gallon" that the owner said spilled on the floor from the 8.8 gallons I was charged for, 7.8 gallons should have gone into my tank. But if you add the one gallon I initially had in my tank, the 7.8 I was charged for, and the 7.5 gallons I filled up with at Costco, I should have 16.3 gallons in my tank. I have a 13.2 gallon tank on my 2014 Honda Civic. After the incident at pump #9 occurred, they had momentarily closed the pump. Roughly 20 minutes later, they had reopened it and another patron experienced the same problem with the pump refusing to turn off. Both my mother and I were inside of the station when the second incident occurred. We took photos of the spill from my incident, my gas gauge, and both receipts from Shell and Costco. This upset me greatly as I have been pumping gas at this location for well over a year. Although I was given a free car wash at my request, no apology for the incident was given at the time. They solely informed me that this was likely due from someone topping off their tank before at that same pump. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been coming to this Shell since it opened, as it is near my home and staff have usually been friendly. Complaint #1 is that the last time I filled up my car here, I got an unusually low amount of mileage out of it. My car typically gets 280 miles out of a tank in city driving, and I got about half that. I took it to Costco the next time to fill up and all has been great with my car's gas mileage again. Complaint #2 is their car wash attendant when I went to wash my car last night. I have been coming in once or twice a month to wash my car here for quite a while now. Last night however, when I drove into the car wash, the wash didn't turn on. The attendant told me to let my car run through it and go inside and ask for a rewash. Second run through the car wash, I get just past where the cars are sprayed with water and my car stops dead inside the car wash. WTH is going on here? Again, go inside, ask for a rewash. Request a refund and suggest attendant has no idea what he is doing as I have never had this problem before. Just before my 3rd run through, a very rude (I'm assuming manager) relieves the attendant at the entrance of the wash and tells me if it doesn't work this time, they will not give me a rewash code b/c the problem is obviously my error. Oh, and I was asked if I was sure I was putting the car in neutral and taking my foot off the gas? Seriously dude? Third time through the wash was a success, but due to the fact that 1. I was not reimbursed, 2. The manager or whoever was in the grey polo was a jerk and 3. They obviously had someone out there improperly trained, this Shell will NEVER BE GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN! read more

DON'T GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!! The attendant was very nice but after I went thru the wash there were scratches on the side and hood of my car. I returned to the store and the attendant said he didn't see any scratches before entering the car wash. So I went into the store and spoke with the clerk, left my name and asked for a return call from the manager. A few days later, I called and left my name again. A week later I went back to the store and the manager called the owner. The owner told me the scratches were my fault!! WHAT? I didn't ask for anything but just wanted to discuss the incident and the owner was so rude and told me I made the scratches, not his car wash. He said the scratches just appeared when the car was clean and had nothing to do with the car wash. He then challenged me to "do what I had to do" to go forward with my complaint. What?
