It's served chunky, so almost like an avocado salad. The chips were house made and fresh, and the salsa was a little bland but fine. The mezcalita was solid. My birria tacos were very good, generously portioned. The burrito chipotle initially came with the wrong protein and the server quickly corrected it. read more

We go here all the time but our recent trip I was disappointed in the item I ordered. Ordered the chimichangas and they were not fried golden brown, they were doughy. Bringing the food out as fast as possible is not always better. Quality is a big factor as well. read more

Used to visit often, but today we would try again after a year. Biggest gripe is that the wait staff have a hard time getting the order right. I asked for one taco and one enchilada and got two tacos! Absolutely terrible. My Fiance called in a take out order and i picked it up on my way home. EVERYTHIBG was wrong! missing his food, my entire order was wrong, missing other things. Went back up there was completely ignored at first. Talked to a Gentleman And was cut off mid sentence and walked away. The the Cashier came back and was beyond rude. Ok so a recent visit to Pancho's brought a new and interesting dining experience. Just a note. I have eaten here three or four times and didn't have the same experience that I had tonight, Thursday, which was Ladies Night with 2 for 1 margaritas. Anyway, the food was good and the service was nice. The only negative thing, and it was so negative, that is basically ruined the entire meal was the loudness of the dining area. Again I've been there before and did t experience this. It was so loud I. The restaurant that my Apple Watch sent me a notification that I was in a noise danger area! It did t help that there were too tables of Ladies who were unruly and basically shouting over one another. And it wasn't just me, several other tables were looking around hoping for some kind of relief. Again the food and service were fine, but they need to get some type of noise reduction in that building or it is going to turn some loyal customers into former customers. read more

Wow!!! So glad we decided to give Panchos a try before going to a concert at Brandon Amphitheater! The margaritas were on point! The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. The salsa is on the milder side, I like a spicier salsa, but it still had a very good flavor! I ordered the "P-6".... AMAZING!! Sooo much food and it was absolutely delicious! The fried egg was the perfect touch. My husband got a combo plate and he was absolutely amazed at their chile relleno. Literally melted in his mouth! The service was quick and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We arrived right at 5pm before it got busy and it was nice, but by the time we left they were getting busy and it was getting very loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Could possibly use something to help absorb a little of the noise.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It wasn't bad enough to prevent me from going back, just wouldn't be a place I would take a hearing aid wearing grandpa for dinner. I really wanted to like this place. Food was so bland and lacked flavor. The salsa needed an entire container of salt. I usually don't even put salt in mine but had to. It was like tomato water. The birria tacos were edible. The beef was good and the soup sauce was good but the tortilla shell was chalky and soggy. The waiter was very kind and attentive. The atmosphere is classy but they need some music or something. Everyone can hear everyone else's conversations. The margs are decent as well. read more

Don't order Takeout, Ordered a Quesadilla Camaron and it wasn't seasoned well at all, had one side tortilla so soggy it was mush by time I got back to work and it's not a far drive. I even arrived early to pick it up to try to avoid that. Also it was 16.09 and for one shrimp quesadilla that wasn't worth it. read more

The food is really great, best tamales in town! Gotta get that red sauce! And the tomatillo salsa (if you like spicy food). The acoustics are a bit loud, need to hang some sound dampening panels on the wall or ceiling. Eric was our server and He's attentive and courteous.
