Sometimes you have to be patient but it's totally worth it. I love the practice and the way it's laid out in the basement suite of a very nice new house. It's so quiet I never hear a peep, it smells so nice and the temperature is always perfect. Dawn is always exactly on time and makes you feel so welcome and is always happy to see you. She never cuts the massage short. She listens intently on what you have to say and what your needs are for that massage and caters each massage to your needs that visit. Walking in you feel like you are walking into a spa. A small business but well laid out with 5 nice sized rooms. The beds are all heated so even in the middle of winter you won't feel like you are laying down on a cold blanket. The massage therapist I booked - Amita - was amazing. She was checking to ensure the pressure she was using was good because I was quite injured.... My daughter didn't notice anything because apparently she ended up so relaxed despite her injury she feel asleep during her massage! I guess that's a sign the pressure is fine! Near the end Amita uses an amazing cooling massage oil. While she doesn't do pressure sales at all the oil is for sale in the clinic which I appreciate. After she gave me the opportunity to book straight away with her or to leave it and book at later time use her online booking system (which is how I had initially booked). It was so easy to use so I'm just going to do that again when it fits into my schedule but don't worry I'll be back and so should you.
