I wanted to like this place as most know finding good Chinese is very difficult in bay ridge. Wonton soup, shrimp w/broccoli, boneless spare ribs, fried rice, fried wontons and egg rolls all were tasteless and really poor quality ingredients were used from fish to meats. Was able to call ahead for pickup and the employee on the phone was very nice. The food was really good. The general Tso's chicken, white rice, egg rolls, crab Rangoon and shrimp with broccoli were all delicious. Service was great and all but did not make up for the food. I spent 9.25 on a small beef and broccoli and they were not kidding when they say small. Small meant SMALL. Usually at these Chinese American food places you usually expect small to be in at least those white boxes. However their small is a portion size meant for kids. Ordered the crab rangoon and it was not crisp and were folded differently than the usual places. I understand with this economy prices are rising but damn . Purely disgusting, I ordered my usual (chicken broccoli with white rice) and I begin eating. A few bites into the dish, I find a part of a dayquil wrapper inside my food. This is one of the grossest things I have ever seen in my meal. Not only are the people there sick and cooking my food with no precautions, they are haphazardly dropping these sort of foreign materials in there. This is a major breach in health code violations... Used to eat here before , wanted to try it again tonight. Purchased a small veg chow fun for $ 6 . I didn't realize how small it would be. Was left hungry after finishing the whole thing. Ever noticed how they add ~10% tax to your order and NEVER give you receipt? I wonder if they report it to IRS lol. Also they NEVER ask you if you want the free add on with certain amount you spend. The lady upfront and on the phone are nice. The place itself is small but cute. The food is cheap and really good, and the delivery is pretty quick, been eating here my whole life basically. I have been ordering from Panda for 5 years and am 100% loyal. They even deliver to us in Dyker Heights. The steamed pork dumplings are the best in the neighborhood. My in-laws are from Texas and ask for panda Chinese food as soon as try arrive for a visit. Our usually include sesame chicken, kunk pao chicken and hot and sour soup. Was not a fan of the lobster rangoons but everything else we have tried is awesome. Every now and then they have an off night but get it right 99% of the time. read more

The woman (didn't sound like the usual lady who takes orders) lost it and started screaming at me saying if I don't like it don't order it or go eat somewhere else.
