I really enjoy Panda in general and have eaten here a couple of times a week for the last year. The food is always good when they have what you want. It never fails that they're out of something popular every day or waiting for it to cook. If you're standing at the counter to order, you'll always be passed up for someone's drive through order. The food quality is fine, but time management and daily preparations seem to be a challenge here. read more

The food is not very good. It's like they add something at this restaurant that makes the food less digestible. The service is also poor. It took them 5 minutes to decide who was going to run the front register. These people are very slow for fast food. The good point here is that the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Placed an order online today for a bowl of chili shrimp with chow mein and a bowl of orange chicken with half chow mein and half mixed greens. Received an email that the order would be ready at 4:48 pm. When I got to the drive thru was told I would have to wait while the greens were cooked. Finally got my order at 5:15 pm. When I got home, less than 5 minutes later, greens were barely warm. Everything else, chow mein and shrimp, were cold and greasy. There was not a single piece of chicken in the bowl that was supposed to be orange chicken. Worst meal I have ever purchased. What a rip off. read more

This place is a hit or miss. The last two times my husband and I have been here have been disappointing. One time our chowmein was really greasy and this last time literally smelled and tasted sour or almost like it was cooked in a dirty pan. I believe it has something to do with the young kids messing around in the back cooking the food. This is very unfortunate because we do come to this location often but have since decided to never return again. If you decide to come here I recommend you do not use the drive through because they will not get your order correct. We drove thru & ordered. I got a 2 entree plate & my husband ordered a 3 entree plate. As he was ordering I decided I wanted the 3 entree plate also. After he had ordered his, he said into the speaker, I'd like to change the 1st order to the "bigger plate" & add Kung Pao Chicken....I swear to you, the worker came back and said, "I'm sorry, we've already made that plate." My husband said, "All you have to do is add an entree & charge me the difference." Worker, "I'm sorry sir we can't do that." We both were just stunned. If we weren't pinned in the drive thru we probably would have left. Since we couldn't leave I tried to be positive & said, "maybe the plate only has 2 places". When we got to the window I opened mine, it had a place for 2 entrees & the rice. I thought ok, that's why they couldn't add it......then my husband opened his & I was so angry I could hardly eat. He had the same 2 plate holder with 2 entrees in it & the 3rd entree was in a BOX!....AND it was the Kung Pao Chicken HE had ordered. I love Panda Express but this one is not great. When we went their menu was limited. I also didn't get my full meal as I was missing an entree, and there where 2 pieces of hair in my rice. I also asked for sweet and sour sauce but they didn't give me any, and after going back in and asking for some they charged me, after they already did. read more

I've been a huge fan of Panda Express for a long long time. My girls and I would eat at the various restaurants when we traveled. When Ardmore opened, I was beyond excited. It's been open a few months now and after the first 2-4 times, I hoped it was just growing pains. But no, it's still bland. There's really no flavor in anything. The fried rice is better from the freezer section at Walmart, most of the main dishes are boring. I don't get it... other Panda Expresses are GOOD. This one isn't. Last time I was there, which will be my last time... they had no lo mein. They also had no bowls and were out of 3 soft drink options. I ordered the beef and broccoli and (I counted) was given 3 small piece of beef to 2 cups of broccoli. The other reviewer was dead right. More veggies than protein. This place is bland. Period. And that really is too bad. You're better off going to the Japanese restaurant down the road. Nearly the same price and blows the doors off this place. So disappointing. read more

The kids running this store are very rude. Got to the window like we do when going through the drive through and asked for a couple of extra sweet & sour sauces and the red headed rude cashier said no. Two was the limit and she shut the window and didn't look back. I guess there's a shortage of S & S sauce. Or perhaps there's just a shortage of good customer service. This is the worst Panda Express I have ever personally been to. After their initial opening, I have tried six different times for the quality to improve, with each time being worse than the last. I love Panda, but avoid this location at all costs; it's a waste every time and I end up just throwing my meal away because the quality is so terrible. read more

Although we are big fans of Panda Express in other cities, our experiences with this one have not been good. 3 or 4 times now, we have ordered enough food for 7 people and gotten 2 forks and no soy or chili sauce even when we ask for it . We, also, are not getting full portions. For example, we ordered 2 bowls today, and I could fit both into one of the bowls. Every where else that we get Panda Express, we have gotten great portions that fill the bowls or plates...very disappointing! read more

We went through the driveway, and sat there waiting for over five minutes. Then they ignore us, and see us stop by the window and completely ignore us and continued on with what they were doing. The lo mein is dry, flavorless, crab ragoon is nasty and always burnt. You get more veggies than meat the ratio or portions suck!!!

I ate a egg roll there and I had to spit it out! It was awful, I do not recommend. The servers are mean as well!
