I would give a zero star if I could. We ordered 3 burgers and a fry and it took about an hour to get our food in the drive through. They brought us out the wrong order and charged us for the wrong order too. So then we also had to wait for them to bring us the correct one. Horrible management there. read more

This may be the slowest Whataburger ever. After sitting in the drive thru for 5 mins and not moving, we hoped that going inside may have been faster. Ordered 2 taquitos with egg and potato meal and a Bob meal. 45 mins, 27 door dash drivers, 17 other patrons and some flying giant bug later we received our order. Ended up with the Bob meal, 2 taquitos with sausage, egg and cheese and 4 sides of hash browns. I was salty, just like all 4 orders of hash browns. This crew should really go visit the Taco Bell and learn how to run a drive thru from that crew. read more

We went through the drive-thru and ordered with an incredibly dismissive staff member. We proceeded to wait for 45 minutes. (We weren't the only ones) At the 30 minute mark, and 6 cars behind us got their food and left, I went inside and asked what the hold up was. The manager on duty came out and told me they were short staffed and the tickets got messed up, "so I don't know what else to do" and walked away before I could even reply. I went back out to the car and saw her sit down for her lunch break. I'm sorry, but if you're short staffed and you know there's people waiting way longer than they should for fast food, why do you decide that's a good time to take a break? I get that Whataburger isn't the fastest service, but at least make up for it by have better customer service. That was the longest I've had to wait in the drive thru. read more

In fact, Chiefs quarterback super bowl champion Patrick mahomes is such a fan of the burgers he has become an investor in the company and between Wichita and Kansas City has agreed to open up some locations how about that? Now as for Kevin he probably hasn't been to one and close to almost 2 years since the beginning of covid. I remember the last one it sucked it was right next to the TA truck stop in Lafayette Louisiana a real let down A lot of them aren't real truck friendly but some are becoming more truck friendly the newer locations opening up some have some truck parking which is nice. I on the other hand was across the interstate at Michelin tire waiting for my load to be ready and of course the stomach alarm went off and the belly said feed me. I didn't have the trailer and but I didn't feel like driving all over Ardmore so instead of doing the usual thing going to Love's and getting a godfather's mini pizza or a McDonald's or something like that I trucked it on over to Whataburger. First thing I noticed was a pretty good size parking lot when I rolled my tractor in there and walking up I noticed it was quite clean and there was a sign on the door stating we are 24 hours but the dining room does close at night like many places. I took a look at the menu and I decided I'm going to get a number five bacon and cheese Whataburger. With the no pickle or onion. French fries with no salt and whatever diet soda they had in the machine. I was greeted very nicely by very courteous employees I ordered my food and sat down and shortly they brought it out. First thing I noticed was the quality of the garnish the lettuce and tomato was looking really really good and fresh. The burger was nice single was definitely plenty of course I can't eat a double Whataburger too much and the bacon was crunchy and everything was really really good I was very impressed. I noticed the reviews here are kind of dismal but mine was a good experience and definitely if I had a taste for a burger I would cruise back over here if I was at Michelin where I am quite often and Ardmore Oklahoma and definitely hit it up again. I don't understand how a literal burger factory takes half an hour to make a single burger. The sloths that worked at the DMV from zootopia must all work here. But seriously, Do NOT expect to get your food in less than half a hour. Drive through averages 11 minutes per vehicle. If there's more than 2 cars, then it will take about 15 minutes per vehicle. If you go inside it will take even longer, but you don't have to wait 45 minutes to get your drink. When inside, you'll see plenty of staff standing around the lobby, and all the senior (in age + job) staff standing in the office talking to one another. Letting the 2 new people that care about their job do literally everything else in the store. Frys are always cold waiting on the food, DR pepper is always low on syrup, and there's always "recently mopped with a dirty mop" smell in the lobby. It's faster to drive to Texas than to wait in line here. Morning, noon, or night. It's always painfully slow due to the management standing around refusing to help their employees that are very clearly overworked and tired. read more

Disappointing. I'll forgive them the long wait, since people are crowding in to give the new business a try, but if our experience was typical, they won't be crowded for long. My Patti Melt was tasty, but not warm enough. It had obviously been sitting a while. My wife's Whataburger had a cold slice of cheese slapped on, not melted into the burger. (This is a pet peeve of ours.) The fries were cold and tasteless, resembling potato sticks. At just shy of $20, it seemed a bit overpriced for two sandwiches and one medium fry. This business is new to Ada. We'll give them a second chance. But not soon. read more

Was looking for a late meal at 430am and found Whataburger was open. Wasn't sure they were open at first but sure enough they were. I ordered my second patty melt of the day from here. This one looked like it was made much better and the bread toasted verses the other location. The sandwich was made fresh and hot. Tasted much better than other Whataburger location. Looks like they took their time to prepare it.Glad I got a final chance to eat Whataburger before driving on to Kansas and Colorado. Still no Whataburgers in California yet. THIS PLACE IS ASS!!! We came here two nights ago 5 of us. We ordered 3 honey butter chicken biscuits one honey bbq chicken strip sandwich and 6 count of the new buffalo wings. We sat here for an hour and 43 minutes waiting on the wings. We had to go to the front multiple times asking about it along with the two other people in the store. Then we go again today and we went through the drive thru at 11:12 order two honey butter chicken biscuits and they said they didn't serve breakfast until 12. which is a lie. we all know. there are two signs on the door saying breakfast 11-11. So I go inside and order them because they do infact serve them after 11. My friend ordered a fry and chocolate shake and we waiting 20 minutes and asked twice before giving it to us. stop being lazy! read more

On a recent trip through Texas with our family we stopped here to dine in since we had heard great things about whataburger and whatadissapointment! The workers were all pretty disheveled and came off as rude and grumpy. The food took 45 minutes to come out and was not good at all. We don't have whataburgers in the Omaha metro so I was really excited and went out of my way to try it. I. Was expecting something similar to In N Out but this was lower in quality and service in my opinion than any other burger joint. I would pick Mickey Ds or the King over this any day. The expectations for fast food service is at an all time low. Confirmed with this morning's episode. It started pretty hopeful. Placed my order in the drive thru. Pulled forward. Greeted with my Iced coffee. Then literally waited over ten minutes with no explanation. The fries were barely warm which I thought maybe I was waiting for hot fries. Best burgers!! These things are huge no need for the double when the single will take you home!! This place is also known for its sauces...helpful hint if you have never been get the spicy ketchup and jalapeño ranch. The two will not disappoint as a dipper for your hamburger fries or onion rings. It's a toss up between the fries and onion rings. Either choice you can't go wrong. Price of a #1 meal is now $8.39 and a patty melt meal is $10.49 plus tax. These prices are very close to a dine in restaurant with a 1/2 lb. hamburger and fries that are hot. The patty melt bread was a soggy mess and went to the trash. The two orders of fries were not even warm. The #1 hamburger was not hot either and was wrapped in 4 wrappers. The order was not fast so I would have thought it was freshly cooked but what we got was not freshly cooked. Last time for this place in Ardmore. Deleted the app and rewards. Wife microwaved a $2 Hormel dinner after seeing the patty melt. Fast food that is not fast or hot and way too expensive. read more

The service is awful. There's rarely anyone up front. They have a cockroach problem they refuse to treat and the water is often carbonated because management doesn't want to blow their budget to fix it. Management is lacking terribly, especially the leprechaun looking guy that has a sex chromosome disorder, yet claims he's autistic, when he's clearly not. I've worked with the developmentally disabled and my brother was on the spectrum. Johnathan, the shouldn't be manager, is in his thirties and says inappropriate things to teenage girls. Considering the GM is an alcoholic it's obvious how she screwed up by putting him in that position when he's clearly not a leader and the staff can't stand him. I would avoid the shakes, the whole machine is infested with cockroaches but they serve them to you regardless. read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in all my days of eating. I ordered the Whatachicken sandwich, I took 3 bites and couldn't not eat anymore, it tasted terrible. The chicken did not taste like chicken at all. I can think of only one other time in my life I threw away food I paid for after only 3 bites. My wife ordered a burger and asked for no onions. They ended up putting "add onions" so it was double the amount of normal onions that would come on the burger. They were impossible to get off because they had been sliced up and spread all over the burger. Her bacon on the burger was also nearly raw. Our fries were flavorless. I tried calling Monday to refund the mystery order & I'm told the GM will be in later. Call Tuesday & get told the GM is out of town. The other manager cannot do anything & apparently no one knows of a higher up I can talk to.
