Kelly literally made everybody's day ten times longer she was literally lost the entire time I was there the lady behind me kept saying is it me or are we just sitting here? I'm like yea I'm confused I had to direct her to my food and she still added on literally $15 of somebody else food. My local Mom and Pops American Chinese food (Sun Rice) does this way better. 5+ years since I've had Panda Express. Ordered a plate (1 entree and 2 sides) of sweet chili orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken, and chow mein. Sweet chili orange chicken was more breading than chicken though the spice was decent. Kung Pao chicken didn't have any taste save for the peanuts and spiciness, but the saving Grace was the juicy chicken. The noodles were all right, a little rough, no taste but the cabbage was good. $7.35 (including tax) originally but I had a coupon for 3 bucks off, not worth the full price if I may say so. Clean, no sauce packets are put out, and only a couple forks are available. This place gets pretty busy around dinner. I like that Chinese people actually worked the front. A good amount of people come through and order to go. Props on the Chinese music though. read more

I prefer hole in the wall New York style Chinese food to this place. The fried rice was dry and had chunks of white rice in it. The mushroom chicken was super greasy and the orange chicken tasted like candy with soggy breading. They were out of most of the entrees. The drink area, where the plastic wear and napkins are was dirty and messy. I was so happy when this Panda Express opened! Its fast casual style and all the food is fresh and being prepped and cooked all day. There is always a line but don't worry it moves fast! There is also a Tea Bar for freshly made becerages as well, my favorite is the Thai Tea and they always make it perfect with the right sweetness. You can see the refrigerators filled with giant storage bins of fresh produce thats cut and see the cook making everything in giant wok pans. Folks I don't know where you go for your Chinese fast food but this PE is da best bang for your buck! I have been here several times now and have always had a good meal and by that I mean tasty, plentiful and very reasonable! The one thing you must do is come during a busy time and stand in line for a while and wait till they bring out the freshly made fare especially the rice or the noodles. Their selection of dishes is extensive and the place is always neat and clean. This last time I brought Kev and I converted him as he was not a fan prior, but as of now I think I may have company on my next trip here! Now to get the wifey to join me too lol. You might ask why 5 stars? Well the reason is that my stars are based on the level the restaurant is at, I cannot rate this place to the Waldorf Astoria but then what I pay and get here for a meal for 2 would be the same as getting a glass of water at the WA! I think the only thing I would improve was the heating system for the prepared foods as they are kinda luke warm at times, but for a very decent sized meal and a drink under $ 11 you won't see me complaining! Yesterday I went to Panda Express, and even though I have been there before and really enjoy their food. It was horrible to eat there apparently their air condition was not working and it was extremely hot. They never told the customers anything we had to ask an employee why was it so hot we were trying to celebrate my elderly moms birthday. If the manager would of told the customers first hand or place a sign at the door we would of gotten our food to go and not go through this heat. We ended up packing everything up and heading out without finishing our meal. Not acceptable and I blame the manager of the store for not informing his customers. I stopped in closer to closing time. Looking at all of the trays, mostly everything was down to zero. I asked the clerk if there was fresh food coming, and he quickly told me that it was in the works. I made my selection and he brought our brand-new food and put them into my container. Haven't been to a Panda Express in years!! Not gonna lie, I avoid them. They were up there with the worst of the fast food chains in my book. That immediately changed when I came to this Panda Express. I had a very strong craving for boba milk tea, so I decided to do a Yelp "nearby search." Panda Express came up, and I immediately thought it had to be a fluke. Nope! As I looked through their pictures I saw that this Panda Express has a tea bar and they definitely have boba milk tea. I still was hesitant to go there, but I decided hey what the hell. Immediately upon walking into this place I was like whoa! It really should be called Panda Bistro or something and not Panda Express. The place is so modern and clean! The decor is that of a nice restaurant, not a Panda Express!! I was hungry too, so I ordered a bowl which came with an entree and a side. I got the beef with broccoli and mixed vegetables. I also ordered a large Thai iced tea with the tapioca balls (boba). I read in another review that they have a sweetness scale, so you can ask them to cut back on the sugar if you'd like. I asked for my Thai iced tea's sweetness to be at 50%. The "Tea Bar" experience was similar to going to a bar tender and having them mix your drink in front of you. Shaker and all! The woman that made my tea was super nice. She poured it into a tiny plastic cup so that I could taste what 50% was like before I got the large cup. It was perfect! I'm not a big fan of super sweet drinks, so this hit the spot! Overall it was a great experience! Only reasons I am giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is that the mixed veggies were a bit overcooked and they could use more milk tea flavors. I was craving some good Chinese food but my only problem was that I didn't know where to order from. I looked up yelp to see what was near to me and sadly the ones that were, didn't seem to call my name so to say. When i say that there was a Panda Express not to far away i figured, eh why not. Walking in the place wasn't too busy but it must've been close to closing because the food in the showcase wasn't very appealing at first glance. It looked as though this would be the last batch for the night. But i already made the trip here and my stomach was desperately yelling at me to order. I decided to get some orange chicken with lo-mein and like 5 spring/pork rolls. Yes this was all for me. -_- The servers were really friendly and offered me a few other things but i was set on my order and ready to get home. While the cashier rung up my order, i looked around and notice another station a little lower and there was a good amount of seating. After paying i quickly jumped in my car and managed to still have 3 rolls when i got home. ^_^. To my surprise, the food was actually much better than it looked. The lo mein could've been a little better but other than that i loved it! The price was really good and i loveeed the rolls. It was very crunchy and filling. The orange chicken was delicious. I think ill visit again maybe around lunch next time. I look forward in trying their food during peak hours rather than before closing and i also want to check out the drink area. Arrived at this Panda Express location at 9:20 Pm. They are open until 10:00. They were out of 9 entree items. They said they do not cook anything after 9:00. Employee (her name is Ting) working station was extremely rude and had a complete attitude with us. They should be apologetic for being out of half the items when they don't close for another 40 minutes. Very disappointed in service. Manager finally allowed chef to cook one entree for us. Manager was nice but employee Ting had a major attitude while we had to wait for our food. It made my family very uncomfortable. read more

One person puts rice in the container. 5 minutes later, another person puts whatever entree in the container. 10 minutes later, the food is bagged and you finally pay. One cashier is all I've ever seen. The entire system is broken. My food was no longer hot by the time I was able to pay for it. And the line is always backed up because of this ridiculously stupid process they have chosen to service the customers. My boyfriend and I come here all the time for quick Chinese food. It's similar to Chinese food from the mall food court, but fresher and tastier. Sometimes you need to wait for an entree to be refilled but I don't mind because then it's extra hot and fresh. We've been here several times since opening and they've never served us older food that's been sitting there for awhile. Maybe that's because we usually come during peak hours. Not sure but it works for us! If you're in a rush, I recommend leaving an extra 10-15 minutes in your schedule so you don't have issues if you have to wait for them to cook a fresh batch of your choice of entree. I've also had their panda oolong milk tea with honey boba. Delicious! I get it with less ice, and it tends to be a little sweet so i have them reduce the sweetness a little. General speaking I love the food and variety they offer, but this location is probably the worst I've eaten at. The tables are always dirty, and you have to ask for someone to clean them. When they do it's so wet you have to dry them off to sit and eat. The ones that are clean are sticky and not cleaned properly. They don't like too, they want to stand by the register. Sometimes the are low on noodles or Rice and you ask if they are bringing out more ? They say 2 minutes but results in 10 minutes. I will say this. Staff = helpful. Food = fresh. However the meal I choose lacked heartiness but I'll get the grilled teriyaki chicken next time.
