I think its safe to say that Panda Express as the best Orange Chicken you will get in my area.

Horrible customer service. Guy working drive thru was hardly understandable and all but threw my food at me before walking away. No "thank yous or have a nice days" nothing. I waited patiently for him to come back so I could ask for sauce-he didn't give me a chance before, and I assumed it came with the overpriced egg rolls. Terrible customer service at every level...online order not ready on time then was prepared incorrectly. Complaint to manager resulted in the worst customer service I've encountered in years. My family and I have eaten here multiple times and never had any of the issues noted in other reviews, I hardly think anyone had ever waited for 45 mins. Food has always been fresh, haven't had a bad experience yet, for fast Chinese food it's pretty good. But to each his own. read more

Ate the orange chicken and angus steak with noodles. They were all pretty good. I would like to see less breaking and more meat in the breaded entrees. The staff was remarkably friendly! I would recommend this restaurant. The restaurant was clean as well as the restroom. read more

Went there everything was old and gross looking. My bf insisted on me trying it for weeks because its soooo good. The broccoli was so old it tasted like spinach. The chicken was cold and hard. I'll have to try it another time but not it was not soooooo good. read more

I spent more than 13 minutes in your drive thru line today and the most annoying thing was, there were no cars in front of me! So I left the line, now having 4 or five cars behind me, to go inside to get a refund. A customer should never have to spend more than 5 minutes in a 'FAST FOOD" line! I returned after my drive thru order was wrong and I spoke to Arrian Zamarripa. He was amazing! Super friendly attitude and just seemed like an all around nice guy. The service and food are great. The kung pao is very spicy I believe the best in town. I would recommend the orange chicken. The spring rolls are also good. The fried rice is very delicious. There are always good portions. read more

Been coming to Panda Express since their grand opening, enjoyed the food and quick service. Visited last Friday and a few items were out, but the kitchen did well to catch up and despite being very busy managed to fill orders promptly. I like the concept where people can see the kitchen crew working, menu items all on display at the steam table where you place your order and the place is always clean. A little more than you'd spend at a family buffet but hygenic and attracts a preferred customer base. My only objection is the $1 extra charge for the Chef's Creation special, why not just spread the cost of that over the rest of the menu so customers won't have to be told that this selection is a dollar more? I ordered a bowl w/ white steamed rice & pecking pork and a plate w/ white rice & double grilled teriyaki chicken. And was asked to pull up. Where I began to wait for over 25 minutes for my order, along with the car in front of me with at least four more cars behind me. And was told the wait was for teriyaki chicken. This is outrageously unacceptable. Not only should I have been informed of the prolonged wait. I also should have received some kind of discount for the outrageous wait. In no way should a customer be made to wait for nearly half an hour. As a past fast food manager, and heavily experienced restaurant line cook, manager, sous chef, I am very experienced with cook times, and wait times. As well as the need to inform customers of products not available. This is also not my first horrible experience at the restaurant. They have a horrible habit of allowed drive-thru customers wait and wait and wait while they serve the customers on the inside which is not only rude, but hugely unprofessional. In no way should walk-ins be deemed more important, nor should a VERY popular item be allowed to run out completely before a new batch is started. I will be very strongly encouraging people to no long go to this store. If I wanted to wait a half hour for food, I would have gone to a sit in restaurant and ordered an actual meal. read more
