I can reiterate that we still love the dumplings served with a wonderful sauce, tempura green beans (also served with a great sauce), and the shrimp! Sometimes we have room for the chocolate cake. We started with drinks. I had the Pom Sangria and my husband had the 24 oz Voodoo Ranger on tap! My Sangria was delicious with the right amount of kick with wine and vodka. We ordered the Pork egg rolls, served hot, crisp and with a slightly spicy and sweet dipping sauce. I had the Salt and Pepper Prawns and upgraded the rice to the noodles. Shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The noodles are my favorite so always worth the upgrade. My husband had the Mongolian Beef. His beef was tender and delicious. We shared both dishes. We ended the evening with the Key-lime pic. Perfectly sweet, tart and cold. So much food! Next time we'll split an entree, and share the appetizer and dessert. Server was sweet and accommodating. Would like to thank the manager, Bryan and his staff for a wonderful evening great food great and drinks came all the way from Las Vegas to see my sister and family on a surprise visit which took place at P.F. Chang's! They had these delicious refreshing new bar drinks added to their menu. We tried a couple. The lychee for me was amazing very soft, sweet delicate drink hit the spot. Our appetizers came out featuring the crab Rangoon and lettuce wraps. Both was amazing taste as my family was expressing how impressed they were personally, I'm allergic to shellfish so Bryan providing me with a special menu for our shellfish allergies and reassured me that they take allergies very seriously, and will alert the Chef and make sure every kind comes out in specific bowls to which they did so there was no mixup on food items. So catering to your needs is a specialty that they will provide so let them know if you're making a reservation or when you arrive if there's someone in the party with allergies or special event going on, they will go above and beyond to guarantee that you have a fabulous evening like we did. PF Chang's was phenomenal the service was impeccable Artie and David were just top notch and so attentive our food was amazing I got the Moo goo gypan and my son got Mongolian beef he had a soda we were also given tuna sushi rolls complimentary someone really missed out the atmosphere was so elegant our bill was $48 I pay almost that much for fast food now not sure why they're not just standing room only I guess people think it's more expensive since it's an upscale restaurant! Each location has to be judged on its own so, I proceeded to this one with caution. Chosen by an old friend as a decent meeting spot and alternative to the Gulf Coast fried scene,what could I say ? Yes Straight forward typical decor and menu that you've seen at all the other PF Cz . To be honest it's been awhile and I was surprised how much I enjoyed this meal. Starting with a Strawberry Cucumber Lemonade mocktail it was love at first sip. Great beverage. Ordered online and the food was ready and fresh. Ordered chicken wraps. Asked for extra sauce on the side and iceberg lettuce. Got zero sauce on the chicken and a side of sauce. Got 2 small pcs of romaine. Zero utensils or napkins. I'm traveling and had to eat w my fingers. Delia, our server, appeared promptly took our beverage order, inquired about appetizers - dumplings and green beans please! She accommodated our request for half pan seared and half steamed, no problem. Service was okay. We did have a two hour in restaurant experience. I think the server forgot to enter our order. I dont blame her too much though because they sat our party of 11 in the bar area so the bartender was our server. Food was hot and delicious. My only star minus was because I believe staff should not bad mouth customers. I know customers can be bad but just make sure you're in a private area. As we left, the manager was talking with the hostess bad about customers. I get it...but you can wait. 3 star for service delay and bad mouthing. read more

The tiny (Latina I think) hostess is not an asset. On the phone she was snotty. When we arrived she ignored us until she sat another party, shuffled her paperwork and arranged her station a little and THEN acknowledged that we were in her presence. The "club music" was too loud and intrusive for this level of restaurant (not a club ya know). Now, the food... The fried green beans were amazing as always. The pepper steak (I asked for mild) was great. Lower rung Chinese places are usually rubbery and chewy, Changs is definitely not. The sesame chicken was also good as usual. We walked into the lobby at 12:40 on a Friday. We were greeted by a girl who said she would have a booth wiped down for us. She then disappeared. There was no other staff in sight but, looking around we noticed every unoccupied table still had dirty dishes on it and no busboy in sight. The patrons who weren't eating were looking around apparently for their waitress. After a few minutes more people came in behind us. And then more. Soon there were 8 to 10 people waiting and no staff in sight. After a few more minutes a staff member came wandering through and one man said "Excuse me?" but she walked on ignoring him - and all of us. A group of 4 that had been waiting left. Fantastic service, and a great meal. We stopped by on a weekday for dinner. Ty was our server. The food was fantastic! It was cold, so we started with the Chicken noodle soup. It was flavorful and full of chicken. A tiny bit of spice, and some tang. We shared the ginger broccoli chicken with lo menu noodles. It has a great ginger sauce, and was just broccoli and chicken. This location is VERY hit or miss. My latest visit was a curbside pick-up for my family. My receipt told me that my order would be ready at 6:44. I called the number to identify that I was there and in a numbered spot. BEFORE that, however, I was emailed at 6:36 to say my order was ready. At 6:56 I was still waiting, finally gave up and went in. I told 2 female employees behind counter that I was waiting at curbside over 15 minute (really 20-22 minutes) for my order. One employee went and looked and there was my order which had been sitting there for over 20 minutes. There was no reason offered, no apology, no thank you. The employee did say have a nice night. When I got home, there was no utensils, no soy sauce, no napkins, and food was cold. The wonton soup was ICE cold. The weather was clear, and the location was not busy at all. I don't understand why it took so long, why the $66 worth of food was sub-par and why I would come back to keep paying for this expensive meal I agree with other reviews that state PF Chang is very good in most other cities. Unfortunately, Corpus Christ is where restaurants come to die. I'm giving 2 stars only because occasionally I do have a great experience at this location, but they are few and far between. read more

Dinner at 6 pm on Sunday. Not too crowded. Seated quickly. Ordered a couples combo that came with an appetizer, soup, entree. Over $40 for two people. Service is not fast but not too bad to get appetizers etc.. Hot & Sour soup was very good. Appetizer- lettuce wraps were also very good Mongolian Beef was excellent. The only drawback was the service seemed a little slow and it was a fair price for what we ordered but not a good value for price in my opinion. I would recommend **Back for dinner a month or so later. Still slow service. Seated quickly but we seemed to be ignored for quite q while. No drink or meal order taken as staff waited on tables all around us. Waiter was nice once we finally got waited on. Back for a late lunch: Mongolian Beef with hot and sour soup. This time wired in quickly and observed severally other customers receive similar prompt service. Not sure if it was the time or they are getting the message about slow service. But whatever the cause, I hoed my rating as the food is always very good. Only the slow service keeps me from giving them a five. Food came out quickly and was great again. Anniversary meal was good not great. We hadn't eaten at PF Changs in over 10 years so it was going to be a treat. Well, it was OK, just not like we remembered. Can't go wrong with the lettuce wraps. Yes they have gotten smaller in portion but just as tasty. I had the Korean Glass Noodles with chicken. It was good but seemed greasy. My wife had the Kung Pao chicken which was unlike a dish she had in the past. The deep fried chicken was very salty and large slices of celery were unusual. Lots of red Thai peppers in it, but the heat wasn't there. Dessert was a treat for our anniversary. Nevermind I got my wife's plate and she got mine. I'm a longtime PF Chang's customer. Their food and service is typically very good. However, last week they completely missed the mark on the takeout. Chicken rubbery and hard. Fried rice dry and looked like leftovers from 2 days ago. I hope this is not typical of quality in the future. Came here while on a trip to Corpus Christi, was really looking forward to it we got the dynamite shrimp those were good. I got the wonton soup broth was really good the wontons felt too doughy. We got the orange chicken and pepper steak with fried rice and white rice. When I went to pour the soy sauce on my sons white rice 3 gnats fell right on it...I asked for it to be replaced and the waiter was nice enough to give us half off our ticket. Overall it was okay. There are so many restaurants in Corpus, spend your money anywhere but PFChang! We ordered carry out. $80 worth. When it was delivered to us, the portion size in the containers wasn't even enough for a 3 year old. Let alone 2 adults. When we contacted the manager, he actually blamed it 'on the size of the containers'!! What a joke! Ridiculous! Shameful PFChang! Seriously folks, take your hard earned money and eat someplace else, ANYWHERE else but PFChang Corpus Christi! Unless your content with just 2 or 3 forks worth of food. read more
