I never write reviews, but this place is ridiculous. It never fails every time we come here they are always out of food. When you wait for something to be cooked then something else will be out by the time your first item is ready. Today I was told 5 minutes for K. Pao and 2 minutes for veggies then the rice and chow mein are out. We waited 15 minutes before the first items were ready then just left because it was another 5+ for the others. Absolutely horrible service. Walked in and waited at least 5 min before an employee came from the back room to help us. He didn't apologize or anything just said "hey." We have had several different issues with the employee "Kae" who has consistently had a bad attitude and treated customers with open disrespect. The food is low quality at best, and this store is notorious for trying to close early and not have any food prepared for the last 2 hours of their post hours of operation. So if you come at 8pm and they close at 10 there will be nothing prepared and you will have to wait for the food to be cooked all because they are trying to leave early. read more

Food is great and staff was friendly. Parking is a nightmare! The drive-thru lane blocks the patrons that are inside and makes it nearly impossible to back out. Park in the Publix lot and walk for a quicker visit. Otherwise, decent amount of food for the price. Highly recommend. read more

The worst Chinese food I have ever had. I have had Chinese restaurant food from all across the USA. We spent $37 and threw away most of what we bought. It was so bad. I have bought better from the Walmart frozen section. My son and I felt really sick after eating here. Go to JinJin in Enterprise instead they are amazing. read more

For fast food Chinese food they have good food. The tables are clean and the food is hot. You get a lot for your money. Our recent visit they were crazy busy and short staffed and one grill was down. It did get backed up a bit but the four people working worked very hard to keep the line moving and still managed to be courteous. read more

The food here is always good, and the prices are just okay. The staff is very helpful. My only complaint: My feet either stick to the floor, or slide around to the point I am afraid I will fall down! My husband loves Panda Express and when he found out that they built one in Enterprise, he was quick to eat there. By far the worst Panda Express I have ever eaten at. Consistently out of food and not because they are busy, but because they didn't want to cook anything. Horrible service. Waited in line at the drive-thru for 30 minutes for 2 plates. The line was backed up all the way to the street when i finally left and that was after half of the business had decided to go elsewhere. I asked for soy sauce and was told they were out. Piss poor management I believe is the cause for most of their problems. The parking lot is incredibly small and when there are cars in the drive-thru line, no one can back out until they move. I have eaten at multiple locations and enjoyed the service and the food, but this place has let me down. They do not fill the plate up with food like all the other locations I have eaten at.
