I gave the lady my code for a discount (i work at a mcdonalds in a different state and it didn't work) We Got 3 meals and 1 sandwich. 2 number 2's with unsweet tea and hi-c. ONE of the ladies taking my order (2 different people ended up on the same lane) confirmed with me it was UNSWEET and we got sweet. I got the number 7 with a medium iced caramel macchiato, she asked me the size of it 3 times and I ended up with a medium iced caramel coffee even though it said macchiato on the receipt. I added on a sausage biscuit for my mom at the end of ordering the food (still at the speaker) and the lady just said my total was $24.60 and got off the lane. I pulled up to the window and paid, pulled to the second window and got my food and no sauce in the bag, 2 wrong drinks, just a terrible experience overall. Every...single...time I come to this McDonalds; whether they're super busy or extremely slow, they forget my sauce for my chicken nuggets, they've forgotten that salt goes on fries, and no matter what happens you can guarantee their ice cream machine will always be down. Customer service varies, since I've never seen the same person in there more than once. I give them a 2 star because it's at least the only place in enterprise open past midnight for those who get off work past 11pm. read more

I stopped in at the Enterprise location on my way down to the beach on Saturday, and ordered: an iced coffee, no sugar, no flavors, just cream. The coffee came up in no time, and I went over to get a straw. I taste-tested it since this order gets messed up at McD's all over. I took it back to the counter and asked if I can get one with no sugar. Again, the coffee was made pretty quickly, and I did the same walk to the drink-machine area to get a straw. I taste-tested it again, and this time, still sugar...just not as strong. I took it back and asked if there was any way to get it with no sugar at all. The girl that made it said "that's just coffee and straight cream". Of course, it wasn't. I suspect that the "cream" she put in was some sort of flavored cream that includes sugar, but I wasn't going to stand there and argue with the staff. They were pretty busy, so I just took my sweet coffee and went on my way. I drove down to the beach, and on my way, I stopped at the DeFuniak Springs location, and ordered the same: iced coffee, no sugar, no flavors, just cream. The young man asked how many creams, and I told him that 3 should be good. While it took longer for my order to come up here, they got it right the first time. No sugar! This location is infamously bad, to the point that I won't eat at ANY McDonalds location. Aside from McDonald's ongoing decline in quality as a chain, this location pours incompetence on top and it's overall a terrible experience every single time. I've spoken to them about their iced coffee on multiple occasions, but they've done nothing to adjust it. Every time I order it, it's so incredibly sweet that I can't even take a sip. Coffee isn't supposed to taste like a milkshake and I'm pretty sure if I did drink what they serve, I'd become horribly sick. Also, they have zero regard for the order you place. I honestly think they go above and beyond to give you an incorrect order or at the very least, omit part of the order. I could understand if it was once or twice...even a few times. But no. It's every single time, without fail. They have to be doing it on purpose. The joke about it is they run it like a prison. You don't get what you want, you'll get what you're given and YOU'LL LIKE IT. Finally, it's always cold and poorly constructed. You might think, it's okay, I'll just eat what they gave me. Again, nope. It's literally inedible. Cars stay wrapped up around the building in spite of the second ordering station. Slow yet somehow rushed service for an inedible order that you didn't even want. And if you're lucky, you won't end up at the ER. How this location has remained open is a mystery to me. I would rate this place a 0 stars if I could. Management team is very disrespectful. Today my family wanted McDonald's so I drove the 10 miles (15 minutes) to get them some food. I didnt kbow the lobby was open does to COVID-19 so I went to thr window. I order 1 double quarter pounder with cheese combo plain with Big Mac Sauce only, I order another double quarter pounder with cheese combo plain with Big Mac onions only (dehydrated onions), 1 double fish filet combo and a kids meal....my total was 31 dollars and some change. Of course I had to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food which was expected because they were special orders. As I waited I was looking at the receipt an noticed the double quarter with Big Mac onions was made incorrectly, in fact the receipt said NO American Cheese ONLY onions. So, when the employee brought my food I calmly explained one of the burgers were wrong. I went to hand it back and she said that she couldn't take any food back, but to tell her what I needed. I explained to her I needed a double quarter pounder with cheese plain with Big Mac onions and she walks off. Now mind you the time on my receipt is 3:18pm. I sit and wait patiently, at 3:52pm I call inside of McDonald's and explain the situation. Well the person that answered the phone gave me to a manager but explain to him that I was waiting on a burger. He gets on the phone and asks me what kind of burger am I waiting on. I tell him a double quarter pounder plain with Big Mac onions. And before I could finish telling him the situation he tells me to hold on. WELL, this is when I hear him asking people about a ticket and they were saying no and he said I dont see a ticket and the next thing I know the phone was disconnected (as in he hung up on me). I was then I irate and went to knock on the door to speak to someone and realized that the lobby was actually open so I walked up to the counter and told the manager that I was the one he hung up on and he called me a liar and then told me he couldn't find a ticket and walked off. I explain led to him AGAIN the situation and yes I will say I'm guilty if getting loud with him, because he accused me if being a liar. No, I didnt not use any profanity, i just talked very loud. Well, he seemed to just ignore me so they lady in the kitchen asked me if i wanted cheese on it, I said yes maam. She made the sandwich quickly for me. I looked right at her and THANKED her for her help. So, I know it will not matter but I will no longer be giving my money to this McDonald's. The people who cook the burgers make it look sloppy and under or overcooked due to the lack of no food learners permit, they just teach you how to cook and get to it. Everything in those restaurants are processed materials in a box/bag from a factory that is brought to the McDonalds in your local area. Although, I do like their hot chocolate and smoothies. For a Monday, you would expect them to be ready for service, but they weren't. The second ice machine wasn't working, the Coke fountain was out of syrup, the ketchup despisers weren't working and when someone went to get some sweet tea, the dispenser wasn't working even though the tea was full.
