Wrong item and it was old
    Lynnsie S.

We stopped and got the family meal and the whole experience was horrible. We ordered online and it said 28-35 minutes. It was done in 35 and then we had to wait 5 minutes inside for it. They have a take out area but they keep it in the back and won't take care of the carry out customers. When we got home the order was incorrect and tasted old and it was cold. Nothing is more infuriating than working all day to have a cold incorrect meal. The store was busy and the staff were only concerned with drive thru customers. All the take out and eat in customers were definitely being neglected.

    $16 for this... Unacceptable.

I usually don't chain reviews, but I'm doing so in hopes that management sees this review. While the food was good (minus, the vegetables that were disgustingly salty and I couldn't eat them), Panda has obviously resorted to serving child size portions... $16 dollars for a two plate meal (with no drink) that might not be enough food for an 10 year old - Might as well just have lit a $20 bill on fire. This is highway robbery and customer price gouging at its highest level and it needs to stop... Completely unacceptable.

Beyond Orange Chicken, chowmein noodles, supergreens.

I got the new beyond orange chicken with chow mein noodles and super greens as carryout and it was awesome!!! I will be returning.

Seriously disappointed in the massive amount of rice, 5 pieces of broccoli, and 3 tiny pieces of beef.

Servers great. A little disappointed in the food at E Dupont & Diebold. Everything dry that we have ordered. Chow Mein very dry.

I've gotten very sick twice from eating here. Chow me in very chewy, tastes off and has a chemical smell. I won't be eating here again.

Food was good and staff was friendly. Did not go inside, but the outdoors seemed clean and well kept.

The best Chinese food in Fort Wayne. The pot stickers are hands down the best I've ever had…read moreANYWHERE. Every time I'm in Fort Wayne I try to visit. The decor is typical 60s Chinese restaurant with red lanterns and murals, but it does have a great fish tank in the center. The staff are all super friendly. You will find the typical menu items but prepared better than you've had before. All the meals come with soup, both the egg drop and tomato beef choices are very good. I'm always here with my family and we finally learned to order a few entree's and a few appetizers because we usually ended up with far too much food. Some menu highlights are the General Tsao chicken, the pineapple chicken, the crispy rice soup for two is excellent. They also offer Vietnamese selections, several varieties of Pho, and pan fried noodles. If you're ever in Fort Wayne I highly recommend you stop in.

I've wanted to try the Hainan House for years. I've read their good reviews and made it a must…read moretry. I will say that these reviews led me to believe that the Hainan House provided a premium-gourmet product like Han Dynasty and Wu's Chinese. Hainan isn't in that top tier where the product WOWS you. But rather, Hainan is in that next tier down where some things are better than others. I ordered take out versus dinning in. The two elderly employees I interfaced with were very kind and helpful. The facility is easy to find as it is in the same complex as The Clyde. The building is older, in good repair and nicely decorated with Chinese decor (see pictures). Parking surrounds the building in an awkward manner - you will figure it out. The menu is very large (see pictures) as it is at most Chinese restaurants. Prices were fairly reasonable. My order was prepared quickly..so no waiting! The fried pot stickers were fairly standard compared with other Chinese restaurants. Not over cooked. Slightly oily. Tender wrapper and pork insides. It came with a dip that added flavor and moisture. The General Tso's sauce was very tasty. It was moderately thick, slightly sweet, a little spicy and stuck to the breading nicely. Nice taste without being sappy sweet or spicy hot! The chicken pieces were larger than bite size. This made it difficult to eat as I had to cut each piece into small enough pieces to eat with the rice. I found the chicken to be somewhat over cooked and slightly tough. The breading was thick and absorbed the seasoned sauce taste perfectly. The Happy Family sauce was very bland. It coated the meat and vegetables nicely keeping them moist. However it really didn't do much to accent these items. The vegetables were nicely cooked with a slight crisp. I was disappointed in the amount of meat placed in this dish. It felt like I was lucky to get more than one piece of each seafood item. These meats were cooked to expectation - moist and tender. Overall this dish was bland and didn't impress. The white rice was cooked to expectation. Slightly moist. It was easy to pick up with the entree bites. Overall, make sure you understand the product you are getting. I expected a premium product which disappointed me. I might have a different rating if I dined in and selected items that fit the "next tier" level of taste.

I had an enjoyable dining experience at this restaurant…read more For one, the food was terrific, and the menu was pretty extensive. I know I walked out of there extremely full, knowing I would return. However, the best part of the evening? It was undoubtedly the service that I received from my server. A mom of several kids, we talked about the challenges of balancing school and activity schedules with work hours required by her employer. In particular, we discussed one of her daughters, who is apparently an avid golfer despite the responsibilities of tending to her other tables. And she handled that with a smile and with grace. As I was in Ft. Wayne on a golf-related matter, I keyed in on this part of the conversation. Again, it was extremely friendly to meet someone so pleasant. Back to the food - again, it was excellent. And I will be honest, I ate more than I should have! The restaurant is in a small strip mall, but it is well-maintained at the time of my visit. For photos, I suggest that you Google the restaurant - there is an extensive selection. This also applies to the menu. Many, many choices, and they all look great.

The sushi is fantastic. The Thai food, not so much. Just stick with the sushi here…read more The service is good, and the place is beautiful. It's a good date night spot. Thai Tea - $ 3 - This wasn't very good. It didn't really taste like Thai Tea. 0/5 stars. Spring Roll - $7 - This we got I think on a Wednesday night, because if you spent so much money you get a free spring roll appetizer. It was ok, but I wouldn't have paid money for it. 3/5 stars. Vegetables and Tofu $14, Chicken $16, Beef $17, and Shrimp $18 We had the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Pad See-Ew. The Pad Thai had the best flavor, and then the Pad See-Ew, and I really can't recommend the Drunken Noodles. We got the Drunken Noodles medium spicy and the other two mild, but I couldn't taste any spice in them. I really wouldn't recommend getting the noodles here, but if you had to pick one, get the Pad Thai. Now for the good part, the sushi! Now, I was planning on trying everything and just making a giant list of what's so good, but I apologize, there's so many good ones that I just forgot my nit picking on certain rolls. You really can't go wrong with any of the rolls. I haven't had a bad one yet. I'm going to list all the rolls I've had, but really, just pick your favorite fish and I'm sure it'll be good. Nori Angel Hiroshima Kobe Black Panther Moon Fire - This is fun show, and it gives a yummy fire taste. Dupont Red Dragon White Dragon Nagasaki American Dream Hamachi Fiesta Indiana Beach Fresh, fried, doesn't matter, all of them are good. They give you soy sauce, but you really don't need it with any of the rolls. Tempura Cheesecake - $8 - This was fantastic. This was free for my birthday lunch, and I was so happy with this. I'd pay money for this. 5/5 stars. Go here for the sushi and the Tempura Cheesecake! We stuff ourselves with so much sushi that we don't leave room for dessert, but I really should get that cheesecake again. Go here!
