Mediocre and overpriced pasta. We recently came back and tried the promotion they were running on culinary classic. Normal price would've been $10. My son ordered the tortellini dish. My son loves pasta. This was the first time he did not finish the meal. When I asked him why he said that the pasta was super greasy and had an off taste. We had ordered the food through carryout so that was effortless to place the order and get the food on time overall, given the price point I would rather eat at other fast food restaurants. That's my opinion you can try it and make your own mind as to how the food is. read more

I love how many vegan options they have and the ability to order lower calorie veggie noodles! You can substitute tofu for anything on their menu and leave off any non-vegan ingredients like cheese. my meal was very tasty and filling. I would come here again if in the area. read more

I have been going to Noodles & Company for years. I head there any time I crave Stroganoff and don't feel like cooking. It is set up basically like a fast-food place; customers wait in line and order at the counter, then the staff will bring out your food to your table. It isn't crazy fast, but definitely faster than a regular sit-down place. You can order from their app for pick-up to avoid the line if you're getting take-out. The menu on the wall has a lot of photos - great for helping decide what sounds good! They have basics that kids enjoy like Mac & Cheese and Spaghetti, trendy options like zucchini noodles, and plenty of choices for vegetarians. Even the meals that come with meat are easy to order without. They also have soup. They say that if you get something and don't like it that they will switch to something else for you; I have not had anything I disliked enough to see whether they really do that. Steak and Mushroom Stroganoff is my go-to favorite, and I also enjoy the Pesto Cavatappi. Meat quality is a bit hit or miss. Sometimes the steak is excellent and sometimes it's mostly gristle. Pasta is normally great (one bad experience with that but not at this location). They do tend to go overboard sprinkling cheese on top. Personally I would rather have too much than too little. Drinks go beyond the normal "coke or pepsi" - they also carry unusual things like bottled blackberry soda or flavored tea. There are often rice crispy treats. I have not had a lot of interaction with staff other than the basic order taking, but they all seem friendly when I go. The dining area is kept clean, and there is outdoor patio seating when the weather is decent. The parking is a little tricky because of the strip mall setup. The lot connects with Target's lot so use that stoplight to turn in. read more

The trash was overflowing and food was very subpar I would not recommend eating here at all

My wife loves this place as she loves pasta. I'm not a big pasta eater but I do enjoy their Mac N Cheese on occasion with my son. We come here at least once a month. It is a bit pricey for the portion size to be honest but it is always hot & quality food. Staff are always pleasant to us and food always fresh. Never used the restroom here as we get it to-go but the seating area is always clean and well taken care of overall. read more

Terrible service experience. My wife used the app to place an order, it went all the way through to submit order payment and thyme said error please resubmit. So she went all the way through the ordering process again just to get the same error. She called the store to see if it came through and they told her it had not and that they couldn't help because they have nothing to do with the app, it's managed from someplace in Colorado. The employee said "the order comes across the screen and we make it. That's how it works." Very disappointing experience and rude customer service. We don't blame them for the app not working correctly but they could not be bothered to even try to exhibit empathy. read more

I love this place! I ordered the Wisconsin Mac n cheese and I haven't been able to look at any other Mac n cheese the same since. I added grilled chicken strips to it and it came in a massive bowl with shredded cheese on top. Also got a bowl of Tomato Bisque soup and had to fight to finish it because the Mac n cheese portion was so huge. I also love the fact they have one of those Coke freestyle pop machines there. I like Noodles & Company food, I just don't like this particular location. I had placed a rather large online order to be picked up at a specific time. They didn't even have it close to ready when I got there. They were drowning in their own mess so bad that they literally locked their doors and turned customers away at the peak of lunch. How pathetic is that?! I get back to the office about 30 minutes late with my orders, or so I thought, but it turns out they only had about half the dishes in there. I called to let them know and they said they would credit my entire bill, which they never did, but I was so over it, I didn't even bother calling about it again. It was the WORST experience ever and I have not and will not be back. read more

I was excited to hear that Noodles & Co was opening a Fort Wayne location and it did not disappoint! It's one of those more upscale "fast food" choices (meaning it's a bit more expensive and the atmosphere is just a tad classier). I've always considered Noodles & Co the Subway of noodles, you can get whatever kind of noodle dish that you want or order one of their pre-designed bowls. No matter what, each dish is made from scratch with fresh ingredients, so it's bound to be good! I will say, however, that if you're looking for authentic ethnic noodles, Noodles & Co will not be your place. Each dish from Pad Thai to Japanese Pan is very Americanized, but it makes for a unique flavor that you might just enjoy for what it is! Make sure to give their new Korean BBQ Meatballs a try too, they're really somethin'! The staff is surprisingly good at this Noodles & Co location too! They're very personable and treat you as a valued individual rather than a customer to get out of the way. I once had a problem with one of my orders and they were beyond kind to me, more than I could have asked for! Finally, I want to say that this is a great place to go in the summer to meet up with friends. They have a beautiful outdoor patio to enjoy your noodles on where you have a great view of the Jefferson Pointe area! Inside can be a little loud with the music, especially when it's busy, so outside is definitely the place to be if you can! It's also good for take-out! read more

You know that place you want to keep going again and again? That's Noodles. Loved every pasta I've tried and consistently good location to location. Free WiFi if you want to have a working lunch and nice atmosphere to be in a small or large group. For fast food that doesnt make you regret eating it instantly, that's this place. read more

Food was barely ok, definitely nothing special. Panda China-ish, if even that. The comments about it not being like fast food I would have to strongly disagree with. This is very much like frozen food pasta dishes you would cook in the microwave & they would be incredibly less money. My elderly 100 lb mom & I ordered a regular pad Thai w added veggies, small truffle mac & cheese, side order Thai soup & 3 pot stickers. We ate every bit of it & were still hungry. A $26 fast food meal should fill you up. The pad Thai dish got to $14 plus by adding some veggies. I don't mind paying you .75 cents extra for snow peas but how do you just give me 2 ? Seriously, I would say there were very few veggies & to have paid so much extra, is not right. The small truffle mac & cheese container was less than half full, but tasted decent. The side soup was a tiny bowl & was half full. I would've Yelp it was a small portion if it was filled to the brim. I knew when I picked up the extremely light paper sack there was an issue. I opened it in my car because I was sure something would be missing. I could have eaten every bit of the food & not given my mother a bite & I am pretty sure I wouldn't be full. I'm not a big gal at all, but to be fair I have a pretty good appetite. I always keep that in mind & am careful to not falsely state small portions. Having said that, ridiculously small portions. 1 Star for the serving frozen TV dinner tasting micro portions. 2 stars for your online ordering app. And I don't get why there's a box for "promo code" on your online checkout. I tried 6 different online coupon sites & every code was bad. Way to agitate your first time online ordering customer. And I guess while I am giving the appearance of be intolerant, I actually came in & got my order off your counter & was never greeted or spoken to. Interesting restaurant model, good luck with it. I won't be back because the high price, small quantity & no one greeting or waiting on me. I would recommend not spending that kind of money on very mediocre food & still being hungry. We were very excited to try Noodles & Company, after hearing about it from friends in locales where they had locations. My husband enjoyed the Penne Rosa, though he had to get his remade because he ordered it without mushrooms, and it came with them right on top of the dish. I got the Pad Thai, which was decent and asked for the spice to be toned down (which they said was possible). However, i paid extra for beef, and then had to go back and point out that it hadn't been served with my food. My husband tried the Tomato Basil bisque soup with the cheesy garlic bread and found it to be a delicious combination, but ordering the three items plus a drink needed to make a decent meal for him made Noodles & Company a rather pricey proposition for us. I found the chicken potstickers to be delicious, but the portion was disappointingly small and, again, that plus a drink and an entree for me made the meal's price much higher than the food and experience were actually worth. Also, our appetizers (soup, garlic cheese bread, and potstickers) did not come out before our entrees, meaning that because both of our entrees were messed up, our appetizers got cold while we waited in line to go back and get someone to fix the problem with our entrees. When that finally happened, they fixed the problems without apology or without doing anything to make our experience better. We had to stand around and wait for a table after we ordered, because, despite the fact that there were several vacant ones, nobody had bused them. Then, when we needed help with the problems with our food order, the person who brought our food didn't stick around to make sure it was correct, and we had to get back in line because the person behind the counter also wasn't paying attention. The seating wasn't very comfortable, and the dining room was cold, and was full of small children, so this isn't exactly the place to go for adult conversation or a quiet meal with your spouse. I see little reason to go back for overpriced food that doesn't arrive as ordered, a long wait for an empty table that's left dirty, and a cold, loud dining room where you can't get any help from the staff. read more

When I was paying I was going to give a ten and then pay the rest with card but the manager Hailey felt bad for the misshap so only charged me the ten! I have ordered from here twice. To be fair I ordered through Uber eats. The first time I ordered mac n cheese, simple so what could go wrong? It was pasty and stuck together with no flavor at all. I was very disappointed. Then my 11 year old grandson was telling me he loved this place and always got buttered noodles. So I decided to try it again. I ordered the buttered noodles with chicken. Again the noodles were pasty, stuck together and no flavor. I ate the chicken but could not eat the pasta. It was so bad. Maybe this is due to not eating it immediately but pasta from other places seem to do fine. As a NOODLE place I would think you could figure it out. I agree with the previous reviewer. Very busy and the tables are really crammed together. I don't enjoy eating with people looking at me, wishing I would hurry up and finish so they could sit down - even though I had just done that to some other poor diner. The traffic flow is awful - you are constantly bumping into someone to get to the drink machine or your table - if you can get one. The food was ok - but nothing special. I got the Rosa Penne, which was ziti noodes, some chopped tomatoes and parmesan cheese in a tomato-cream sauce - it definately had some red pepper flakes in there, too. It seemed like a pretty small portion, even for lunch. Also - it does not come with any breadstick or garlic bread. For the price and service, go to Casa or Zianos or even Fazolis. I might be back to try something else - but I won't go out of my way to do so. read more

Not bad for fast food! I usually stay away from food that comes in a bag but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is customizable and there is an array of options, from Asian to Italian to American pasta dishes. I had the Japanese pan noodles and a side of pot stickers, and I would absolutely order them both again. A bit pricey, but satisfied the craving for Asian food I was having. read more

Why is this place listed as Chinese? The menu doesn't have any Chinese dishes. Anyway, we tried the pad thai and thai soup and thought it was really bland. Tasted like the cook threw curry flavor on top of undercooked noodles and a couple mushrooms in a bowl of water. I wouldn't recommend these dishes. The prices are a little misleading, everything is an add on and the portions are not very big. Wanted to give this place a try but won't be coming back. read more

We were here on a Saturday night for dinner about 6 weeks ago. The food was delicious and different from other items that you can get at other restaurants. In other words, it seems unique.
