I've only been to this location once. It was a busy lunch hour and somewhat chaotic. The facility was clean and had plenty of staff to handle the rush. The team is composed by of a lot of young workers who aren't completely skilled at customer service. They did a decent job at helping getting the transactions completed accurately and moving us along. I found the facility to be very confusing. There were walls in places I did t expect. The walls cut the flow of customers off moving from the counter to the drink area and to seating area. Once I got past the perceived disorganization..,I settled into a comfortable booth. For lunch I had the 10 piece butterfly shrimp dinner. The shrimp was outstanding. They were large and tender. The breading was just right. It had a slight amount of seasoning and almost had a coconut flake type texture. The two cups of cocktail sauce were okay. Kind of bland..,not kick. The cole slaw is Mayo based. It was well chilled..,which I like. In this case it bordered on being frozen. The slaw had large and small chunks. Would have preferred a more homogeneous texture. The slaw was okay. The dinner came with French fries which were delicious! The were crinkle fries with a crispy outside and a meaty inside. They weren't too thick so you got a nice blend of softness and crunch. I went to the Culver's on washington center rd. to pick a doordash up mind you i go to culver's quite often! But i told the lady i had a doordash order, gave her the name and she got really snippy with me. After she told me 5-10 minutes i waited it then became almost 20 minutes. so i asked "hey do you know how much longer" she said "IM DOING IT NOW" so i said "you are very rude" she said "you know what your banned" and then got her manager and her manager told me to not come back. They need new employees all around they were all talking about me in front of my face. it was very unprofessional and very rude!! the manager was tiffany. i didn't get the other girls name but she had blonde hair with a bun. read more

I'm not a local. I have never had Culver's before this trip across country. I stopped here because it seemed that this was the only place open within a close distance to my hotel. I drove up...and the dining room was closing. So I got into line and ordered up a meal to go. A meal with too much food that I didn't have room for. A cone that I really didn't have room for. But I almost at it all. The burger was delightful. The mashed taters were great. The veggies went down quick. Something about a butter burger? I didn't really catch the info. But it was all good. The cone was decadant. The service in the drive through was pretty cool too. They have a great system for getting the food out to people as quickly as possible which means moving people out of the way after they order. And then hand delivering the food. Friendly staff both inside and out. Oh and I think they had a pretty good diet lemonade as well. But don't get all butthurt if they don't have it when you get there. Things change. People change. They get it right EVERY TIME! Now I completely understand why there's always a long line wrapped around the restaurant. This is not fast food at all! That's why it's worth it! I waiting in the drive thru line to order for around 5-7 minutes, after ordering I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. That's how good it is! I didn't mind at all. All the food I order is always on point and always hot. They are also very accommodating and patient. Never any attitudes, which I'm surprised because most of the staff is young, and if you need anything extra they are happy to get it for you. Only burger place I will patronize in Fort Wayne! Here's what we order: *Culver's Deluxe basket (typically get either fries or onion rings) *Cod Filet (my 6 year old LOVES this sandwich) *Vanilla milkshake *Cookie Dough Mixer *Kids Chicken Strips TIP: if you get the onion rings ask for them WITHOUT SALT. Cold cheese curds, a single pattie mushroom Swiss and it's all buns and toppings but barely a Pattie. I was charged for my ranch but doesn't ranch come with the up charge of my cheese curds. They come with a dip. They have in the past. Food was just cold and definitely expensive $18.00. That was with an ice-cream as well. Lacking costumer service, I walk in and they say "welcome to Culver's" in a sarcastic way. Immediately after that they keep saying it over and over again laughing. Next their phones ring and the girl is laughing and is saying, "should I answer it?" To her co workers. The shift lead did nothing instead he laughed too. We arrived today, on a Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm and the restaurant dining room is CLOSED! WHY? There is a 2 page notice attached to the front door with the most ridiculous explanation ever. They are not serving customers unless you are willing to go through the drive thru and eat in your car. This is unacceptable. Every restaurant on Washington Center Road and on Coliseum Rd. Is open. So their explanation to not serve customers is disgraceful. We were able to drive to the Culvers Stellhorn rd location and enjoyed a wonderful lunch IN THEIR DINING ROOM! read more

Good food. Butter burger was delicious, I really like how they serve ketchup VS using the packets. They give out delicious french fries, the tables are very clean and tidy. I wish their was a menu though outside of the ordering area because I felt bad ordering and holding up the line when I was looking what to order for me and my family. Also their whole bathroom system is horrible. Only one person can go inside of the bathroom which I do not understand, especially if someone is having an emergency and they can't get in when their is a stall/urinal open but only one person can be in their because of Covid. Another thing is that the hand sanitizer is horrible. It really stinks and you should consider a new hand sanitizer. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru fur a shake and a concrete mixer. five cars ordered after I did and after the 25 minute wait those cars all received huge bags of food and left before I did. I had to stop the employee to ask her where my two items were her response was they didn't know I was waiting...however, I had a number on my car! both the shake and the concrete mixer were half melted and they offered no refund or an apology. I had to call the manager (Seth) who was only willing to say that he was sorry after I told him that the wait was ridiculous and that their number system was bogus. Social distancing at it's best! They have modified dining hours. The entire staff is wearing cloves. Sanitizer is readily available and the tables a sectioned off. This is my 1st time eating inside of a Culver's and there was a pretty long wait. I understand everything is made to order, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a rush. read more

My family loves this place. Their burgers are great, fresh and reasonably priced. I also like their Reuben sandwich. I think everyone can find something to eat here for the most part (maybe not a vegan). The sinful cheese curds are hard to swear off. The vanilla custard with red raspberries is the best combination but you can go wrong with any mixer. Tonight I ordered a coffee and they made me a fresh pot. Their employees are well trained in providing friendly service and delivering fresh food pretty quickly. The oldie but goodie music keeps you humming along. This is just a nice place. read more

Due to the pandemic, location only has drive through at this time. We went mid afternoon and it wasnt too busy. I ordered a burger, onion rings and a cement mixer. The hubs got a cod dinner with broccoli and also a cement mixer. The food was HOT. It was delicious. DQ dropped on my list for ice cream and candy concoctions- the cement mixer is awesome- they are not stingy with the mix ins! The service was friendly and attentive.
