We ordered part trays a day in advanced. I was informed that they'd be ready at 6pm the next day. I arrived to the location about 20 minutes after pick up time and nothing was ready. A server went to the back and grabbed a piece of paper of my order and informed one of the cooks that they needed to make the trays now. The server did not come to me and inform me nor even apologized for the inconvenience. Jordan was the assistant manager, and she had the audacity to tell me that my order was in a cabinet somewhere. When I asked if the scarce for the teriyaki chicken in there she said yes I checked and it wasn't so I asked for it. Ordered through door dash and got both meals completely wrong. Very disappointed because we had to wait 45 min for cold food. I also had a huge chunk of cabbage stem in my chow mien. Broccoli beef only had one piece of beef and it had cold oil on meat and broccoli due to long wait. read more

I usually love Panda and usually get fried rice for my panda bowl. While second in line I watched the girl rush and put out a new pan of fried rice. When she pulled the old one to pour that leftover rice on the new pan I watched all the water from the bottom of the pan pour into the new rice and she mixed it all together. The place was clean and staff courteous so I could not rate below 3 stars. The girl did not say anything when I called it to her attention and told her I would take noodles in the bowl even though my preference is fried rice. A free soda would have been nice. Since I don't live in Fresno I can safely say I won't be eating here again. I realize this is a common occurrence at steam tables but employees should be careful. read more

Honestly I've given this place so many chances. I went through the drive thru because I work around the corner and I needed to get back to work. I purchased the 2 item plate and a side of spring rolls. I didn't get my sauce for the spring rolls. I ordered the new shrimp and steak entree they are offering, paid the 1.25 extra for, and I'm not joking, one piece of steak and one shrimp. I'm just fed up. I only go here because it's near Sunnyside HS and sometimes I can't make dinner after picking up the kid from after school programs and we want something with vegetables. Here's the issue, the drive through is really slow because it's always packed at 7pm. Every time I've gone there (4x) they're out of several items I want. I understand how hard it is to find workers that will work, however customers like me who work hard for our money expect at least so-so service with enough attention to complete the meal... I received no lid with my cup, as I go inside now, to look at the food before I buy as Panda Express has not been good for awhile... I love it and used to eat maybe 2x per week but now maybe once every couple of months....this past year ...every time it's not good ... I was hesitant to get food as the chow mein looked old... however it had a lot of veggies in it and I like that... but I got none just dry plain noodles... I asked for soy sauce she said she put it n the bag... tell me she don't have soy sauce on hers ... the orange chicken is old.. but thankfully it's not spicy...that chow mein, which is what I was really craving is awful... Their service sucks. Every single time I come, there is always a problem. The managers are rude and laugh at mistakes that employees make.

I'm amazed at how rude the employees are. I ordered and when I arrived at the window around 7:20pm the worker basically almost threw the drink at me trying to rush me, she also did not put anything in my bag and when I asked for it she gave me the stuff and slammed the door and acted pissed off. I'm sorry but I'm the customer and I'm paying to at least get decent service not trashy attitude. Would definitely not recommend going here. read more

I have been coming here for years and there have been 2 different managers because the last one got promoted. When I go in there are a select few that know me by name and are always quick to greet me and welcome me. I have tried most if not all the dishes they offer and can't complain at all. The food is served fast and tastes great. Much better than sunrise kitchen off of kings canyon and Clovis. Will continue to come here for sure as long as the service and food don't change.
