Went on my lunch break and waited over 15 min. In the drive thru only to have an employee come out and say that their system is down and that I should order online or door dash my order so I ordered my food online as suggested. I paid about 30$ online and when I went up to the drive through employee said they were out of food. Employee couldn't substitute any of my orders and refused to give me a refund and told me to come back tomorrow for my food or refund. I came back from lunch annoyed, hungry and felt robbed of my money. I would never suggest this Rally's to anyone! Their milkshakes are on point!! And their burgers id give them a 8 out of 10. My review is mainly on their customer service. It was nice how she knowledge what happened and I should the money bk on my card in 3 days. I went bk today because my bank now I have no record of that pending credit that supposed to be put bk but my balance remind the same. So I talk to her and she said something else different that if I don't see the pending anymore that mean they didn't take no money out from my card. Then why did it say credit pending ???
