2/5/26 Getting lunch! In the area. Arrived, greeted and most everything is fried. Just ordered a grilled cheese with onion rings. The combo that comes either a drink. Paid for it and waited for it to be ready. They have all different Chinese food too! Make it right in front of you! A few booths inside and 1 outside. Small. There are also lots of different blended coffee & other drinks to pick from. Order was ready quickly. Called & put on the counter. Left. Lunchtime. Grilled cheese sandwich was okay. Pretty plain. Cheese and bread. The kind you can get from the grocery store. Nothing special. Onion rings were okay. I wasn't sure if the way they tasted was right. Like, over cooked. Hard to chew. Leftovers, but I'm just going to toss the onion rings =( Almost forgot....the Diet Coke was good and they have the crushed ice. Plus! Okay service & no so good lunch. read more

When I walked in I loved the menu options and prices as well. I ordered a burger and fries. When I sat down it was really refreshing to be in a restaurant that was clean and well kept. Even though the location may not be or look as appealing it's really clean and they have great signage outside. Definitely feels like a mom and pop fast food old school burger joint. This place has been around for decades! It is run by locals and is a very lovely mom and pop. The food comes out as it is being prepared and there is plenty of indoor seating. I really like their fries here because they have the fry seasoning and they are crunchy. This place could put a little more fries in their combos but it's still a good amount of food. The cheeseburgers are great - the single is a pretty basic cheeseburger size and the jumbo burger is even bigger. The buns could use a little more flavor and sometimes they put a little too much lettuce, but overall their burgers are solid and I'm glad this place is still around and seems to be doing pretty well. I plan to keep supporting them whenever I'm craving a solid burger and fries. They also have Chinese food here which I've seen folks order and boba shakes. read more

I must have visited on a bad day. I saw all the excellent reviews so I was really surprised how disappointed I was. The milkshake wasn't frozen it was more like a slush with random bits of ice and sugar. This place has been in business for over 30 years!!! Wow! The way this place prepares its burgers has been the same way since day one. Hot off the iron press. Everytime Im here I always order the Double Jumbo Cheeseburger Combo and it's always the same great taste. They never fail. The buns are buttered and flat iron toasted. Patty is fresh, not frozen and always cooked to perfection - medium. The veges are fresh and I love that each order is cooked fresh to go. No patty warmers, food warmers, French fries warmers... NO WARMERS PERIOD. Everything tastes fresh! They also serve Chinese food here too which I have not tried but every local that's been coming here for years love the Chinese food. Dining area is available inside or outside and the even have an old school PacMan arcade system inside. Place is kid friendly and love the old style architecture design of this building. I've been going here for years. Although I may not live near the area anymore, my sisters and I still try to come every once in awhile since we crave their delicious burger and fries. The establishment may not be in the nicest of areas but the food is great! They have a variety of foods (burgers to Chinese options) which has never been disappointing every time I come. The last time I went there I ordered the Double Jumbo Combo (so so good). I don't know what it is about their burgers but I definitely crave it when I'm in the area. This place was recommended to me by a stranger in a bar and I came to try the double sourdough. Burgers are super, super greasy and they'll fill you up. But I didn't think they were anything special. We drove by here looking for a new place to check out, and the Yelp reviews brought us in. It's a divey location, in south east Fresno. Don't let that scare you off. My daughter and I shared the large chicken chow me in, which is a decent price at 8.99 given the large size. It tasted authentic, with pieces of celery, bean sprouts, and shredded carrot. My son had the baby burger, which was plenty for a child. When I return, I'll try the classic size Burger. Food is always good! I like to call in my order over the phone and it's ready within 10 minutes usually. The fries are crinkle cut and crispy, the way they should be. Perfect for a quick burger lunch and some chinese plates too. read more

Man! The big chains have nothing on mom and pop burger joints.. I had the double bacon cheese burger her yesterday and it ranks as on of the best I have ever had. Where to start? They have a menu that is varied, burgers and chinese food. It was hard deciding what to get, ended up with a single burger, fries, and drink. Place is inexpensive as far as the type of food is available.The burger was good, reminded me of another chain burger that's pretty new around town. Enough food to be happy and full. In an area considered "unfriendly", but I wasn't afraid while there, daytime. The interior isn't the newest, and it was hot/stuffy inside while I was there. Parking also kinda sucks. Restroom located outside. Seating area is cramped, and there is a slight tilt to the floor. The cashier was friendly, but service was so slow. It took half an hour for my food to be ready. Family friendly, but wait time is too long. I know I should give it another chance for it to be a fair review, but I don't feel it's worth it. I also heard that owners have changed so I can't compare to the quality of a year ago as I just recently went less than a month ago. read more

It was my first time trying this place and I was excited because of the good reviews. I was very disappointed. I ordered like 6 jumbo cheeseburger combos and the quality was not ok. They were so flat and hardly had any veggies. You couldn't even see any lettuce in them. Right after i paid and turned around and said I'm sorry I forgot to say 2 with no tomatoes and the owner who was cooking turned around all rude and upset and said next time you need to tell them in the front right when u order!
