At KFC an employee met my car in the lot, said power is out but if you can pay with cash (can't process cards) and we don't have a soda machine working, we will try to accommodate you! I got a chicken sandwich, fries and a lemonade. The employee brought it to my car! The team was going way overboard to help customers and make the owner some money. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I ordered the herb-crusted chicken with rice, a side salad topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms, along with a house frozen margarita and the $5 Long Island Iced Teas -- everything was flavorful and cooked just right. My wife ordered the catfish with a loaded baked potato and a side salad. While she wasn't completely satisfied with the catfish, Victoria handled it immediately and professionally, making sure my wife was able to get something she enjoyed instead without any hassle. On top of that, the free dinner rolls were absolutely amazing, and combined with the generous portion sizes, we were so full that we had to take most of our meals to go!
