Came in last night to order food. I ordered the family meal and a cub meal. The family meal is two large sides and three large entrees. I was not sure how it would be packaged. They put each side and entree in its own box and all of the boxes go inside the big family meal box. I love the family meal packaging. Super cute! Appreciate the fact that everything is separate so you can have your own entree to yourself if you wanted to or share everything family style. We all know people can be picky and they won't want food touching theirs :). Food is still consistent and service is great in the drive thru. They are generous with the soy sauce and chili sauce. Stop by and try something. They will also ask if you want to round up your total for a donation to support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. We love the Panda restaurant chain, but I can't review how the food tasted at this location because the only THREE times I've been there, I haven't been able to actually BUY anything. My son is allergic to eggs, so we have to have the white rice. However, they've literally been out EVERY time I've tried to get dinner for the family here. Third strike, you're out. I've received excellent customer service both times I have been here from the individuals working the window of the drive thru. Service is always fast and the food is received piping hot. This time I ordered a bowl size option with Orange Chicken and Lo Mein and a side of Crab Rangoons. Makes for a nice quick, decent tasting meal when you're hungry. The only thing I would change is the Lo Mein comes with a lot of onions. Could definitely use more balance of more noodles or even cabbage at this location. Lack of 5 stars also due to not being able to hear the woman working the drive thru speaker system, asking her to please speak up and repeat herself a few times (she was very helpful and polite about my request when I couldn't hear her)and for limited menu options at a kinda high cost for a large chain. read more

My wife and I came in for dinner tonight about 5:00. HUGE shout out to Kirsten C. She was fantastic taking our order. serving our food and working the register. It was busy, but she made us feel like we were the only customers there. Great attention to detail and awesome communication. She sets the bar very high. So I arrived at 8:20 PM , I wanted Kung pao chicken , they had small amount and looked old , so I asked if they can make a fresh one , they said no because they closed at 9:00 PM, I asked the manager of my issue, she didn't care, she said it's to late to make it , So my wife wanted Beijing beef and They didn't have any so they said they can make it but it would be about 10 to 15 m. Honestly, it was pretty good. When you go to a place like this you get what you pay for and what you expect. I got the pepper chicken and omg... so good. Fried rice was great. The lady at the window gave me a multitude of sauces to try out which was nice. I took away a star because I got a side of "steamed" vegetables but they were just so crunchy and unseasoned it was extremely hard to enjoy. I will be back though. Every time I come here I asked for extra pineapples with my meal and every time they tell me we'll do our best when they know damn well they are not going to do nothing. Today's experience at the Hutto Panda was really bad. I should have known when I asked for orange chicken and they had to get it from the back, something was up. I got a 2 entree plate with fried rice. Every bite of the rice was crunchy, like either dried out or undercooked. The portions were horribly small compared to usual Panda places. The orange chicken pieces were very small and hard--none of the regular size soft battered chicken pieces. It was like the fragments left over at the end of a day. The teriyaki chicken was plain and only a single piece of meat, and they gave me sauce packets they had sitting on the counter instead of scooping some from the hot bucket of sauce under the light. The stuff in the little cups was congealed and cold. I will never go back to that Panda. I love Panda, but never the Hutto store again. The sign on the wall said the manager gets $62K/yr and line workers start at $12-14/hr, I guess to entice people to come work there. Clearly everyone is overpaid. read more

Definitely a bad experience every time I've gone. I never had a bad Panda experience before this location. Go to the one closer to 35 or Pflugerville. This one is closer to my house, but they never have enough people serving in the restaurant and focus heavily on the drivethru. Last time I was in there were people out the door and it seemed to be the understanding that you have to wait while drivethru is served. Rude. read more

Sooooo , happy Memorial Day I thought I would try Panda Express here in Hutto because considering it's right down the street from my home . I went through, Drive- Thru when I say this is the least food that I have ever gotten from a panda express I ordered 3 Entree rice , crab Rangoon , beef and broccoli , and fire cracker shrimp smaller portions then usual and my beef broccoli looked as if it was the bottom of the pan handful of rice and half full of fire cracker shrimp I'm so disappointed in this franchise we have out here it's not worth the 12 dollars I spent on the food at all !!!! Saturday l went to the Hutto Panda Express and, ordered a plate Fried Rice, Orange Chicken and for my second entree the spring rolls. The Fried Rice was dry with no flavor because it wasn't fresh. Today 3/25/19 l went back to give them another chance l ordered a side of the chicken lo mein noodles got home and, they have absolutely no flavor you're just eating Brown noodles I called and, l talked to the Manager today told her what happened with the rice and lo mein . She's asked me what she could do to make it right and I told her l would like a dinner replacement she said that was fine then all of a sudden she said she needed the receipt I told her I didn't have the receipt but , I could print off my Randolph Brooks Federal credit Union statement showing them that I was there on Saturday and, what I spent on that meal she said that wasn't good enough I had to have the receipt which l think is totally obserd they could had replace the dinner for the total l put on my debit card as it shows details of my purchase.I told her that I would have to make it a point to make sure that everybody knows what's going on if this happens to you don't throw your receipt away because they'll replace it for you. For me I'm going back to Bien Hoa Chinese Restaurant that's is in the same Home Depot Plaza here in Hutto Texas...they have the best Chinese food made fresh always delicious !!! read more

I went and ordered a plate and they made it how I wanted it but when I got home and ate my food and the rice was hard the noodles were cold and the orange chicken was so hard it was hard to chew... I then bring my plate back and it was still full cause I didn't eat anything because it was terrible... the young staff there (Victoria and ismael) were very unprofessional... I told them I wanted a refund cause I didn't want the food cause it was the same batches that was there so why would I get more food for the same result and they told me they couldn't and I asked them for the number for corporate and they give me the number to the store and has me talk to ismael and they were playing and laughing on the phone...
