The woman at the register came off very angry for some reason and was argumentative beyond belief in my view, to the point where I contacted the third party order service and cancelled my order since Benny's hadn't even put my order into the system, let alone started making my order even though I arrived right at the 6pm scheduled pick up time. 100% fail on all counts and I will be sure to let everyone know about the argumentative and unprofessional nature I encountered so that others hopefully do not have to waste their time like I did.
