The food was great, except I didn't receive the sauce on the side as requested. Esperanza was great!

First time visiting this sports bar and grille. Service was very good. Staff was courteous and…read moreattentive. Atmosphere is what you fine at most sports bar. Flat-screen tvs all over the place playing sports highlights and game replays. My wife and I wanted tacos, so we came here for Taco Tuesday. My wife ordered a salad w/ chicken and the shrimp tacos. I ordered the Spicy Baja fish tacos. The tacos were very good. My fish Taco was not too spicy. It had the right amount of kick. My wife shrimp tacos were blackened. There was no kick so my wife was able to eat her food. She doesn't eat spicy food. The tacos were better than some Tex-Mex restaurants. I would hope so for the price. I definitely would come dine here again. Definitely come here for happy hour.

Came here on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded . I sat at the bar and there were about 3/4…read moreassociates behind the bar. No one came to greet nor take my order, they just kept talking. I finally caught the attention of one of the bartenders who happened to be a young g guy. He was pretty nice, I ordered a margarita and he got straight to work on it. I watched him make my drink and for some reason he made the drink with no ice and decided to add the ice in the end--that was strange ... I ordered a chicken tender basket and as I stated there wasn't much filling little to no people in this place. The food took so long that my friend and I got tired of waiting and we're were ready to go. We didn't think we'd be waiting 20-30 minutes for chicken tenders and fries. My drink was done and so was my friends and we're were ready to go. We inquired about the food and said we just wanted to cancel it so we could cash out and go somewhere else. The guy says--2 more minutes it's coming, then dipped off to the kitchen. We tell the girl behind the bar that we want to cancel the food and just cash out the drinks. She lied and said that the guy was going to get a manger to take the food off. A few minutes later the guy came out with the hardest chicken strips I've had in a long time. The honey mustard was so watered down that it was a disgrace. It's pretty clear that they added water...I will never return to this Green Turtle, it was the worst ever. Whoever is managing this place needs to be hands on and do some retraining. The restroom was dirty and all the employees were behind the bar chilling.. The customer service was terrible. The guy did have a positive attitude, but everything else was a sh*t show. Never again. It's too many restaurants up and down this street to deal with the food and service I received here. DO BETTER!!!!!!

I got the Beyond burger and let me tell you... IT WAS HUGE! So fresh with all the toppings and be prepared it takes a while to make but worth every minute of wait (to the point I thought mine wasn't being made LOL). I got mine with onion rings and let me say i can't wait to get those again! I also added the dipping sauce to try since why not?! My family got the BLT, steak && cheese sub, and shrimp basket. Everyone CRUSHED! They don't skimp on the fries w each meal either. You are going to be full. Cute 'I Love Lucy' themed spot with the can in the parking lot. I wish i could special request tuna because i know it'd be amazing! THANK YOU NYID

The Castellano had a crisped pile of gorgeous beef, with crispy fries, and super fresh veggies (basically a cheeseburger on a sub). My husband ordered this one, so I didn't taste it personally but he absolutely LOVED it. The Thommy, The Three Fingers is a chopped cheese. It's, by god, the best I've ever had in my life. I add peppers, provolone and mayo and an extra side of tzatziki (labeled garlic cucumber on the menu), and oil and vinegar (which tastes like Italian dressing, but who's counting?). The bread is phenomenal. I may literally just order a sub roll with no ingredients one day, just so I can eat it toasted with butter, with every meal I have. It's soft and fluffy, crispy and chewy all at the same time. (It almost gives bagel, but not tough). I also got the y cheesecake. Not as special, perhaps from the Cysco truck (iykyk), but I still bought it and scarfed it down. Strawberry topping was def the average canned-strawberry topping (but I personally love that). I cannot stress, the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD! As for service, the entire team is so friendly and helpful. They kid around, make silly jokes and make sure your order is prepared fresh and fast. It isn't "fast food fast", but also doesn't taste like shit either, so the wait is worth it. At most 10-15 min if you don't call ahead. As for seating, in winter there are only two two-tops so seating is extremely limited. It is mostly a deli-and-get-outta-here kind of place, but nonetheless welcoming and charming. They have tons of Italian memorabilia all over the walls including giant GodFather posters, taxi plates and more. Today was my first time inside, but I've had my husband go pick up food several times on the way home. I cannot live without one of these subs AT MINIMUM once a month.
