The food was so so so good. The bathroom was very clean with lots of space. I would recommend to all of my friends. This was my first time trying panda and the staff was so nice and letting me try it out. I would love to come back to this again. A good contrast from the hot air outside. If I could give no stars I could. Poor customer service for one. I ordered two bowls both half chow mein and rice, more chow mein. They filled these bowls with rice and covered it with a small layer of chow mein. Not only that there was like half a normal scoop of the entrees in both bowls. To top it all off THERE WAS A HAIR in one of the bowls! Utterly DISGUSTING!! Will not be back to this location watch out for your food. read more

I would like to purchase my food without getting attitude from an employee. My husband and I took my little sister to this Panda Express earlier today, we went through the drive thru and the employer got the drink wrong. My husband politely tells her that we ordered another drink, and the employer, Haley K, raised her voice and gave my husband attitude. She claimed that it is their fault and snatches the drink out of his hand. I understand that because it was through the drive thru there could have been miscommunication but there was no need for her attitude. This isn't the first time we have received attitude from the workers at this restaurant. Which is why I am making a review on it. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the food is good. However, could use better customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

One of the best panda Express's I have been to. Every time I come I'm impressed with the customer service and freshness of the food. Good quantity too! The restaurant is clean and so are the tables. You can hear the employees work well together. They are super polite and greet almost everyone that opens the door. This is an ideal location. We tried the Sweetfire Chicken Breast. YUMMMM! Customer service is above average. We were greeted, asked if we'd like a sample, served with a smile and just generally made to feel welcome and not a burden. The food is served hot and there is quite a selection to choose from. My hubby went for the chow mein and rice; I went for the veggies. He added spring rolls, I had the egg roll. Besides the SweetFire chicken breast, we had the honey walnut shrimp. Both mouth watering deliciousness! The facility is clean and well maintained. This may be a new favorite place for us to stop at as we leave town! I came in 40 minutes before closing and half the menu was "unavailable". Not only was the customer service awful but the food portion was very little. If I am paying $7+ for a bowl the least you can do is give the proper serving. Also the customer service provided by Keeley was very unpleasant. Some advice to this individual, if the customer asks for extra sauce GIVE THEM EXTRA SAUCE there is no need to be rude or question them. This is one of the worst pandas around. Always dirty and out of things. People aren't even very friendly. Every time I try it again I am disappointed. I stopped here on my way home from a road trip. My friend and I were quite hungry, the food was decent.. But the customer service was horrid. My friend wanted noodles, rice, and an entree, but they refused to do that because it wasn't two entrees. The woman had a nasty tone and was arguing with my friend. My friend gave up, so I went to order. I asked for more broccoli than meat and she said she can't do that and proceeded to give me all chicken and only two pieces of broccoli. Came into this establishment and immediately I already wanted to leave. There's no friendly greeting upon entry at all. The servers did not seem happy and to add to that there's a limit on how many pieces of sides you actually get? I wish there was a sign stating you only get "nothing" as there is barely anything on the plate that can be considered sides. I will not be returning here again. read more
