Super cheap with the food portions for the bowls. The manager was absolutely no help. I asked the manager is this was correct because normally it looks more packed than that as it was barely full. He said they normally only give 6 to 7 pieces of teriyaki chicken, I barely got 5 as you can see in the picture. He said he could only offer more rice. I was so disappointed as I have never see a bowl look this horrible and ripped off. It looked like left overs. I will definitely not be going back because this was incredibly disappointing! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Ok guys I've been here that I remember since 2009, I could be wrong. Today was a nightmare..I had a couple orders for to go, I asked the young lady to make my 2nd entree on the side- in a little box...she was great and when paying my to go order, she ask me about donating for kids, as always- I agreed.. The chow meain was out and while I was waiting for it, she offered me a cup for drink. thanks . Here's where the nightmare started..the other lady picked up my container and put both entrees in the same to go container...I asked if she would please put the 2nd entree on the side in a little box & I don't want that container bc the entrees were mixed together... she appeared to be very upset and without saying anything threw the container away.. Next, she began preparing my order in a new container. However she placed rice in the container when I did not order rice...I told her I ordered chow mein and she again threw the container away without speaking to me.. Finally, a third employee prepared my food and threw tossed the containers down to the cash register as she appeared to be very upset ... I spoke with the manager before leaving who was also very unprofessional and rude. She did not listen to my concerns as she appeared to befriend her co-workers. read more

Awesome customer service! Every team member greeted and welcomed us(we then witnessed them carry it on with each other guest that entered ) Store was perfectly clean, including the restroom. The food line was actually clean (unlike other panda stores) -the food was very presentable. Food was hot and fresh, great portion sizes And again , excellent customer service- the person who does the hiring and training at this location seems to be doing a great job. Looks like this place has a good management staff because the employees seem to have it together. When complimented, the cashier said " we try" I agree, they do! I usually love coming to this Panda Express, the staff is quite friendly and they always make me fresh plates when I ask for it. Todays experience was terrible though. I went in and asked for a fresh Beijing beef to be made, the old one was sitting there looking very soggy and unappetizing. The worker told me she wouldn't make it because there's too much beef in there still. I then asked to talk to the manager and was told the same thing! Needless to say I left and didn't give them my business today, not sure I will be coming back anytime soon which really sucks because I usually hit Panda about once a week. read more

After a recent bad experience at a Chinese food place I have been frequenting for years, I have come to appreciate the freshness and consistency of the food served here. I am not much of a meat eater nowadays, but I will eat the sides off of my son's plate-it is always the mixed vegetables and either brown rice or chow mein. My son and his father love the orange chicken here. At first we were a bit disappointed that when we went half an hour before closing time, they were practically out of everything and just let us know what was left on the steam table, but one thing I notice is that the quanitity amd quality are always consistent. The food is always fresh, tastes the same, and although the quantity may be a lot less than what the non-franchise places serve, for us, consistency is the key factor to earning our business. The price is a bit high, but again, consistency and quality has become more important to us. If you have ever been served mushy, reheated orange chicken and chow mein off the steam table when a non-franchise place opens at 11am, you will also learn to appreciate these qualities. As far as the service, we have never had a problem. We go through the drive thru and are always met with friendly and efficient employees-we have gone when they first open, mid-day, and a couple hours before closing, and they have always been friendly. Compared to the other Panda Express locations I have been to where they will not give you any utensils unless you ask, then give you an annoyed look when you do ask, this location is definitely not the worst in my book. I always try to remember to do the survey on the back of the receipt to get the free item, which does cut the cost down a little. A family meal will feed 3-4 hungry people, maybe not 6 as advertised, but we tend to eat a lot more than the "recommended" serving size for an average American and that is a choice. When I do not have the time or energy to cook a meal, this is a quick and easy alternative to having the boys eat hamburgers for dinner. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, Recently moved in to this neighborhood and decided to support our neighborhood businesses, we went to this Panda location to try it out. Very disappointed, I ordered green beans with chicken on a bowl with noodles, I literally got green beans 3 pieces of chicken and more onions than chicken (see picture) I recommend not coming here and support other real Chinese food local businesses where you will receive what you order and what you pay for. Panda Express has only gotten expensive and stingy especially with meats and adding $1.25 if you order anything with shrimp or steak which again you will only get a couple of pieces. Are always frequently out of an item and it will take "5 minutes" to be ready. That's fine, it happens and I'd rather have it be fresh. But my biggest pet peeve is how stingy they are with the soy sauce forks and hot sauce. I usually order a 2 entree combo for myself and my husband and they always give us one fork. No soy sauce, no hot sauce. They don't even offer it so unless you remember you will get home and realize you have no soy sauce, no hot sauce and have to share one fortune cookie. Like any restaurant, the service depends on who you get. I have had good experiences at this location and then there is today. Today I got someone who, for one my sides, gave me 90% string beans and 10% chicken. Also, my sons orange chicken was a bit overcooked. When the order was brought out there was soda spilled on the bag and no napkins. I had to point out the soda and she said "my bad." She goes back inside and brings out some napkins and hands them to me. OMG! Clean the bag for the customer. You know the reason you have a job! I've had okay experiences and try to be lenient. But this last time did it for me. Lady has me pull to the window to complete my order because she couldn't hear me and then tells me they have no drinks and they can't add anything at the window. Yet added the last part of my order right in front of me lmao. Very disappointed with this location food portions, I order through the drive through 2 bowls of Kung Pao chicken and the portions were very small, I have visited this place at least 3 times a month so I know what the portions should look like. I got off my car and ask the girl about my portion and she talk to some guy oriental looking kind of fella and he gave me another half of spoon portion of chicken., if you want to stay in business during this though time you need to correct this pronto. Service is horrible!!! Came around 915pm through the drive thru NO White rice!!! We order 2 bowl of chowmein with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. When we check the bag we have a bowl of chowmein with orange chicken and a 2 item plate of chowmein and double orange chicken. I spoke to the manager and i told him that they gave us 2 items instead of a bowl. And my receipt didnt even have any amount of how much they charge me. So I informed him and he's answer was there's a "glitch on their computer" i even have to demand to give me a receipt with a price. According to the manager they can't print it so i suggest to airdrop it to my cellphone so I can have the receipt. The manager didnt even apologize. What a horrible customer service read more

I received an incorrect order today. I'm not super duper upset about the bite I took. I used to eat it a long time ago. Ok so i didn't want to go back, but I had to. I was craving Panda so bad after work today. when I got there I was helped by an associate named Liz. Her customer service was fire. I like the food, and the fact that it's a drive through, but the staff always sound like they HATE taking your order. Heaven forbid you have a question - prepare to made to feel stupid. Then you get your food and there just isn't enough. If you order any of the premium items you will get even less which sucks because you are paying more for it. When you can count the pieces of shrimp with a single glance it indicates a stingy staff which matches the unwelcoming vibe. And yet this is one of the priciest Chinese fast food places in Moreno Valley. I've been to this location a few times and have always had a generally acceptable meal from this chain. However this is probably the 3rd time I've ordered the following and had the same experience every time and decided to bring it to light. I ordered the new shiitake kale chicken breast bowl with half and half. Now I enjoy half and half with white & fried rice. Depending on whose working it seems to blow their mind completely and I always end up with chow mein and fried rice when I'm confident I explained exactly how I wanted my order. Anyway my main compliment, I know these chain restaurants load the bowls up with heaps of rice and vegetables like huge pieces of broccoli while going lighter on the protein side. O.K. got it... we all know they do that... However... when I can count how many pieces of chicken are in my kale chicken on one finger.. and the size of my pinky finger at that. I come here pretty frequently, after another franchise nearest me was having customer service issues. So I come to this location to try out. After quite a few visits they've been very good 5 stars easy....UNTIL my last 3 visits. And the same exact issues happened each last visit. They are down an item and it's a few minutes til it's ready. Hey I understand I can wait a few minutes. But these 3x's I've visited I was asked to have a seat until it's done and they'd bring me the item. WELL!!!!!!! Last 3 visits I had to wait a longer period before I had to get up myself to ask for my "missing" item. It's irks me really bad that a good paying customer has to get up and get his awaited item. I will not post the name of the sever but if franchise would call me I'd very much would like to discuss this issue. And it very much seems the severs and cooks have a communication issue with items being done on time. If this problem happens again, I will mostly Likely take my money and family somewhere else.
