good heavens!! this location is amazing and doing what they need to do! they handle their rush well and make great sandwiches that are so wonderful and tasty! who needs subway when you can get it mike's way! once i tried that number 13 mike's way and added mustard, i never went back! i commend those ladies, christina and italy, for their hard work and applaud their exquisite customer service skills! there's a stigma that goes around with fast food workers, people expect them to be as happy as clams and to smile in the face of disrespect. it's one thing to expect respect, and to expect good customer service, however, society forgets they're people too, just because they have an apron on, doesn't make them less than. treat your workers with respect and you'll get it back. trust that they are doing the best they can, and are working as fast as they can with the time they're allowed. if you want it faster, you get behind the counter and put the apron on, or make your food at home. otherwise shut up and treat them with respect. sorry subway, i'm going steady with mike read more

What's the point of placing a mobile order if you still have to wait 22 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready? Why are people who are walking in after I placed my order getting their food before me? This is twice that I placed an order and had to sit there waiting 20+ minutes past the time. Jersey Mikes is my favorite chain sub sandwich place. They are always consistent and always get my order correct. We usually order through the app and pick it up but this place is usually clean inside. The staff is nice. My only gripe with this place is that they sometimes run out of bread which always baffles me being that they are a sandwich shop. read more

I was excited to try the chicken salad sandwich. It wasn't horrible but it was far from but I've received at many restaurants and grocery store delis. There was no red grapes or diced crisp apples, no pecans or walnuts or dried cranberries. That sucks big time. read more

Unfortunately the lady that took my order didn't listen to my request even though she made it clear. I ask for extra grilled veggies. There was a couple before me that ordered the same thing as me. When she was done cooking the couple before me for there food and mines right after. I told the lady that I did request extra grill veggies which means I should have waited a bit more so that the veggies can grill but no. Got home and they were standered grill. I tried to call to follow up with a manager about the service I had on Friday (2/27/26) I asked for a manager (nicely) Anna (same girl) put me on hold then came back and said she left for the day. When I asked her when she'll be back, she hung up on me. I've contacted the franchise system through Email twice now. I've tried calling the store multiple times. No response either way so far. Love Jersey mikes but this specific store has been problematic. Their orders are always slow and the staff do not seem to be friendly. Orders tend to be wrong especially for online orders. My most recent experience was an online order and I arrived 10-15 minutes after my promised time and my order wasn't even ready. There were no customers there and I was the only person in the store. Then when I got home we found our sandwiches had the wrong bread, wrong ingredients, and didn't have any oil or moisture. I called to speak with manager. Called four times. Each time left my phone number for a call back. No one called back. Finally on the 5th day I get a manager snd processing my concerns was extremely difficult. She was questioning me and my experience. Refused a refund and I had to tell the manager to look at security cameras. She said she would and corporate would contact me. 5 minutes later she called back and said willing give me partial refund. Partial? I asked for a full refund. Entire order was messed up. She became difficult in wanting me to identify every little thing that was wrong with my sandwiches. Customer satisfaction and appreciation ARE NOT VALUED at this store. Do not recommend this store. Go somewhere else where employees and customer satisfaction is appreciated and anchored. So sad!!!! read more

I walked in. They're not busy at all one person's on the grill finishing up the other one's cleaning the counters and another one is cleaning the cutting machine. I stand in front of the cutting machine waiting to order for at least a minute before I'm even acknowledged. Then she looks at me confusingly and asked if I know what I want to order. I was one yes and she takes my order and walks away. Says nothing else. Another person walks into the store and she immediately greets that person. She comes back to the machine where I'm standing and then ask the other lady how she's doing and what she can get her for today. I didn't receive that service at all. Angelina, who was the cashier is the only one that greeted me properly I think we need to do some training and development with the young lady who was working the cutting machine. She needs to make sure that she's greeting everybody. read more

We just went in today and ordered, staff greeted us which was nice and we've been to this location many times. Today there was more staff there but when we ordered we were given Iin order ticket, I thought that was odd but ok paid for our stuff. Then next they said here are your sandwiches never ask what veggies we wanted, so I asked are there any veggies on the sandwich, girl response was yes, we never got the chance to say what we wanted on the sandwich. I've been to this location a couple of times, and after reading some of the other reviews, I feel it's important to share my experience. I genuinely think management should consider hiring more employees. Each time I've visited, there have only been one or two people working the front, while other Jersey Mike's locations I've been to usually have multiple employees up front, which makes the service much smoother and faster. The employees here seem overwhelmed and stressed, which is understandable given how understaffed it appears to be. They're doing their best, but the workload seems unfair. I hope management takes this into consideration and provides better support to improve both employee experience and customer service. read more

The girl that walked in the front did acknowledge me, but she had a very dry personality, like she didn't really want be there. She did make the sandwich, but the sandwich did not taste that great. Last two visits here they made my order wrong adding cheese & oil in which is a dietary restriction right now for me. They go too fast when making orders, little to no eye contact. I came here a few days ago for a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, which is my usual order. I asked for the green bell peppers instead of the other sweet peppers. I am not one to often leave reviews but I was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of Carly and Faith, along with their coworkers (2/19 around 12pm). I mistakingly placed a catering order a day later than it was needed and showed up only to find it was their lunch rush and the order wasn't started due to my mistake... however, they reassured me they could make 15 box meals as ordered within 30-40 mins. Not only did they do it but they did it with a smile while juggling the lunch rush! I've never seen such efficiency and quality customer service. I will be back thanks to these two! This location is extremely short staffed, they haven't yet figured out a routine to keep the line moving. It's very understandable the staff is limited but that shouldn't effect your customer service. Not one staff greeted or acknowledged anyone that walked in the door. The wait time exceeded over 20 minutes with minimal updates. The cleanness, is inadequate and low key nasty. A staff member actually said and I quote, "we don't have time to wipe the counters down" to a customer who was standing in front of me. I'm not one for messing someone's coin up but please note I know every staff member name that worked today 8.14.22 who was there at 2:15 pm. I don't care to name any one but they need to be better, do better! They all were unapologetic, nonchalant and moving like they didn't have a line out the door. While I understand beingready to go home , the young lady cleaning the meat slicer looked at me and didn't even greet me. While i felt she was upset and didn't change her facial expression the entire time I'm giving 5 stars because Ricky definitely changed the outcome of my experience. I was immediately greeted upon entering the business. It was a busy night at this location. But one particular employee really stood out. The hustle and work ethic this young man had was admirable. Was courteous to all customers regardless of how they treated him. When it was time for me to place my order he apologized for the wait and asked how my day was going. He proceeded to make my sandwiches and asked me if they were acceptable before packaging them. They looked fabulous. Upon paying I gave him a tip and he graciously thanked me.
